When we first listened to THE FUTURE IS OURS: LOST by AB6IX last year, we were immediately drawn to the whole vibe that the idols presented. With a title track bringing out a darker feel, we were instantly compelled, and we kept wondering, how would these boys outdo themselves next? Well, the answer is here! AB6IX dropped our new favorite album, and also, the conclusion to their previous comeback, THE FUTURE IS OURS: FOUND.

Filled with hopeful, bright, and energetic songs, FOUND is the type of album that fits the quartet incredibly well. From start to finish, this is a no-skip release where AB6IX showed us once again why we love them and their work so much. And as the fans we are, we can’t miss the chance to talk about all these new favorite tracks.

AB6IX must have wanted us to start the year well, and they ensured it by giving us the best gift, THE FUTURE IS OURS: FOUND. And what is a K-Pop album without a striking title track, right? Enter, ‘GRAB ME!’

We all feel lost at times, wanting to give up and needing something or someone to help us through. Music is a powerful source of all kinds of energy and emotions, and it can always be trusted to be there for us. ‘GRAB ME’ feels like that reassuring touch on our shoulder, the hold on our hands, the lift at those moments when it seems too hard to go on.

AB6IX knew what they were doing when they brought this song to life, and we’re beyond grateful for that. Did we mention that they made the sound so empowering and catchy? Like any AB6IX album, the b-sides are so outstanding that we know you will fall in love with them. Don’t ask us for favorites, the boys made it so hard to pick, so we’re just going to talk about all of them.

The album starts strong with ‘WHISTLE,’ and we just knew we were in for a treat. Do you also tend to recharge and let go of all the things that bother you with fast-paced songs? Well then, get your best smile on because this song will be bringing your confidence and mood up in no time! Warning: the urge to skip on the streets and whistle while listening to the song is high, but hey, embrace it. If it makes you happy, spread the joy, right?

If you are looking for that upbeat track to play and get hyped up, ‘TRAVELER’ is just what you need. This song brings excitement to a whole new level, and we’ve been singing the chorus as loud as we can each time. Did we mention we can’t stop grooving to it? The track builds up to that moment where you can feel the good vibes taking over your whole being. Hold up, did you know AB6IX also dropped a whole choreography video for ‘TRAVELER?’ Our eyes are glued, and we’re impressed by all the details the dance offers. We’re really getting gift after gift with this comeback.

Anyone else blasting ‘ALL NIGHT’ the most at, well, night? We could honestly listen to the track all day long, but it hits differently at the darker, more mysterious hours. It gives off a gentle feeling about wanting to spend the whole night with someone special, bringing that comforting feeling you get when you’re with them. We plan on blasting this every night so our days will end the right way.

This is already one of our favorite AB6IX albums, and also releases of the year. Yes, it might only be January, but we will stick to this statement. It’s a simple fact, and you can check on it in a couple of months. Our answer won’t change.
