Calling all of our pop-punk honeybees, we have a brand new band that you need on your radar! San Diego-based pop punk band New Aesthetic is about to become one of your new favorites, trust us. They may be young but don’t let that fool you, there’s a lot of talent packed into this band that you don’t want to miss out on.
They’ve played stages from SOMA in San Diego to the iconic Chain Reaction stage in Anaheim and they’re just getting started. They’ll be joining Hawthorne Heights at the Is For Lovers Festival later this year, which is a HUGE deal, and you can find out more about that here.
In the meantime, let us introduce you to some of their music. We promise you won’t be disappointed!
‘Screaming Out’
Their latest single ‘Screaming Out’ is a must listen. If you’re a fan of The Story So Far and similar bands, you’re definitely going to love this track. New Aesthetic may be new on the scene but they capture the classic pop punk sound we’ve loved for years. If you get a chance to hear this one live, take it!
‘June’
‘June’ has all the anthemic qualities of a great pop-punk track. They really know how to embody the genre and if this is what they’re doing in the early stages of their career we can only imagine where they’ll go next.
‘Complacent’
This being one of New Aesthetic’s earliest tracks, it’s obviously one you need to check out. And a music video on the beach? Even better. They’re developing their sound and it’s a great one, as evidenced by this track and we can’t wait to see where they go from here.
