It’s that time of year again, folks! THP love to do it big when it comes to Halloween, or as we call it, THPloween. We get so creative when it comes to making playlists and finding costume inspo. And it’s even more fun when we get to bring our favorite artists into it.
Now, 2024 has been LE SSERAFIM’s year! From two incredible comebacks and a legendary Coachella performance, these girls have long dominated our playlists and fifth gen K-Pop groups. Here are five Halloween costume ideas inspired by LE SSERAFIM!
‘CRAZY’ – Lampshade Dancer
Let’s start off with LE SSERAFIM’s latest title track, ‘CRAZY!’ You can opt for the craziest statement piece in your closet and build your costume around that. Or take inspiration from the music video itself and dress up in full spa attire with a robe, towel wrap, and slippers. We’re going with the wackiest costume, though, and we’re not talking about Chaewon’s satellite hat (which is actually a pretty solid backup plan).
What you’ll need:
- Light blue/periwinkle pajama set
- Lampshade (lightbulb optional)
- Beige slippers
‘Smart’ – Tropical Fruit
Moving on to one of our favorite LE SSERAFIM b-sides, we’re taking costume inspo from ‘Smart!’ Look for the most vibrant colored pieces you can find at the thrift store: greens, yellows, oranges, blues, etc. Ruffles and fringes like in Sakura and Eunchae’s skirts are a must! Imagine dressing as your favorite tropical fruit because we’re going full summer vibes with this look.
What you’ll need:
- Bright colored tank or tube top
- Bright colored skirt or shorts
- Beach sandals
‘Perfect Night’ – Pink Barbie
Our next LE SSERAFIM-inspired costume idea comes from their collab with OVERWATCH, ‘Perfect Night.’ We can’t believe it’s been almost a year since this song released! LE SSERAFIM’s baby pink outfits in the teaser photos and music video were the moment, and we’d love to recreate it this Halloween.
What you’ll need:
- Baby pink dress or skirt
- Pink bows and clips
- White knee-high socks
- Black Mary Jane shoes
‘Unforgiven’ – Fallen Angel
You knew this LE SSERAFIM-inspired costume was coming because these girls did it so well! The fallen angel concept in ‘Unforgiven’ is the perfect Halloween inspo, and we’re stealing Kazuha’s iconic look from the music video directly. Now the only thing left is to practice the choreography while we’re at it…
What you’ll need:
- 1/2 a set of angel wings
- White sleeveless sweater dress
- White arm warmers with thumb hole
2023 MAMA Awards – Disco Ball
We’re sure everyone has seen this iconic LE SSERAFIM performance by now. Specifically, Yunjin’s dance break in the 2023 MAMA Awards. ‘Eve, Psyche, & the Bluebeard’s Wife’ will always be that song, and the girls slayed this performance. Here’s hoping MAMA producers give them time for more than one song this year.
What you’ll need:
- Silver holographic tank top with fringes (this is key!)
- Black skirt
- Black arm bands
- Headset mic
