Gracie Abrams has had a huge year. She’s released her sophomore album, The Secret of Us, which debuted at number two on the Billboard 200. She’s headlined sold-out shows on The Secret of Us Tour at a few venues you may have heard of, including the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, and Radio City Music Hall in New York City. She’s seen three songs chart in the Billboard Hot 100 and dipped into the top 500 artists on Spotify. With the US leg of The Secret of Us Tour coming to a close and another eighteen dates opening for Taylor Swift on The Eras Tour on the horizon, Gracie Abrams has now teamed up with Vevo, the world’s leading music video network, to deliver a live Extended Play series, fronted by a performance of TSOU track ‘I Love You, I’m Sorry.’

Vevo Extended Play is a multi-song performance series that is closely developed with the Vevo team and the artist. The series showcases the art of songwriting coupled with breathtaking visual settings and aesthetics unique to the artist. Gracie previously appeared on Live From Vevo Studios in 2023, delivering performances of ‘Where do we go now?’ and ‘Fault line’ from her debut album, Good Riddance.
The Vevo Extended Play live performance of ‘I Love You, I’m Sorry’ was filmed at Valentine Recording Studios in North Hollywood, a retro recording studio that has remained unchanged since it was rebuilt and styled in 1975. “Valentine Studios, with its decades of musical history, provided a more than fitting backdrop to these performances,” says JP Evangelista, SVP of Content, Programming, and Marketing at Vevo. “Its vintage 70s feel transports audiences back in time and serves as a nod to the greats who previously recorded historic sounds in that very room. It’s been incredible to see Gracie follow their footsteps and blossom into the global superstar that she was meant to be.”
In this nostalgic setting, bathed in warm tones and soft lighting, Gracie and her full band performed a moving live debut of heart-wrenching , ‘I Love You, I’m Sorry,’ in which all the instruments sound richer and Gracie’s stunning multidimensional voice shines even brighter than in the studio recording.
