Not long after their debut, THE BOYZ celebrated their first music show win with ‘Bloom Bloom’ on May 7, 2019, on SBS MTV’s The Show. Winning Road to Kingdom

It was no surprise that THE BOYZ won the first season of Mnet’s Road to Kingdom, but we were incredibly proud of their achievement nonetheless. Watching them collaborate with other groups was thrilling, and they consistently exceeded our expectations with their performances in each episode. Their rendition of ‘REVEAL’ clearly stood out as one of our favorites from the season!

Becoming Cultural Icons

We can confidently assert that THE BOYZ are cultural icons! This is not merely our perspective; it is supported by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism. On July 5, 2023, THE BOYZ were officially appointed as promotional ambassadors for the Korean Culture and Information Service (KOCIS), a body under the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism. Through initiatives like the annual Talk Talk Korea contest, the group has effectively promoted Korean culture on a global scale. It was a particularly poignant moment when Sangyeon expressed gratitude and reaffirmed the group’s commitment to sharing Hallyu and Korean culture with the world!

Drinking Buddies

Let’s end on a fun note! Although it’s a bit of a taboo topic, it’s always entertaining to watch K-pop idols appear on variety shows and enjoy drinks together, as it allows us to glimpse more of their personalities. Recently, THE BOYZ released a video on their YouTube channel featuring them hanging out, eating, and drinking together.
