Jodie Bryant hosts Discover Live, where she searches for up-and-coming artists, putting them on stage, sometimes for the first time, in front of around 100 people. To some, this may be daunting, but for these guys, it was exhilarating. The energy through every act stayed at such a high level. We could not fault it.
The Grace in London has seen its fair share of iconic artists, from Emma Blackery to The Crawlers. So it’s not unreasonable to think that one of these artists may be the next icon to come from this venue.

Izzy Withers
First up on stage was Izzy Withers. She brought a soft jazz type of vibe and had the audience singing along to songs they just heard for the first time. She even created a song on the spot using five random words picked by crowd members. Her voice was so smooth, she is just made for stripped-back gigs, we just need to find some bigger stages for her.

Heart Sauce
Up next was Heart Sauce and they reminded us a little bit of Bleachers. They had a slight indie pop-rock vibe. If you think back to the 80s-90s when the era of “coming of age” movies was at its peak, any one of Heart Sauce’s songs would fit perfectly, like the missing puzzle piece.

Sadie Fine
The third act on the stage was Sadie Fine and she came all the way from Nashville, TN. Her voice went right through and straight to our soul. Serving electric pop music, and looks, she certainly knows how to work a crowd. We still have her songs stuck in our heads, she gave everyone high-energy performances and stripped-back acoustic moments.

F3miii
And last but not least was F3miii. If you thought the energy would slow down, you thought wrong. He kept it upbeat (bar a song or two which he did slow down for), but it was a strong finish to a very talented line-up. F3miii is one to watch, if you want to find the next best thing, before it’s the next best thing, check him out. It’s worth it!

With the concert industry rapidly changing, it is vital now more than ever to get out there and support these smaller artists. Your faves like Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran started where these people are right now. Maybe not literally… figuratively. If anyone can change the industry, it’s the fans. You hold the power in your hands (oooooh, how dramatic), and you also get bragging rights to say you were there from the start, and that’s always a little fun on the ego.
It’s events like Jodie Bryant’s Discover Live, that allow us to showcase these smaller artists. You never know who you might find, even if you’re a little shy, these events are perfect for making friends and finding fellow fans of music!

We challenge you to pick one of these artists to listen to, get back to us on Twitter (X), Facebook, or Instagram with who you chose to listen to, and what your favorite song was!
