Megan Moroney – ‘Man on the Moon’
It’s been quite a long time since we’ve seen a talent take off in the way Megan Moroney has in the last year or two. In our opinion, it comes down to her relatability. It’s so easy to see ourselves in her lyrics, to see ourselves in the heartbreak, in the love, and on the journey of self-discovery. With her newest album, Am I Okay?, we have found ourselves continuing to come back to ‘Man on the Moon.’

Sam Barber ft. Avery Anna – ‘Indigo’
If you’ve been online at all the past few weeks, ‘Indigo’ has been everywhere, and breaking our hearts each and every time. This track is jam-packed with such raw emotion and is delivered via the most beautiful vocals. Sam Barber is definitely gearing up for a long career.

Kelsea Ballerini – ‘Baggage’
We are Kelsea Ballerini super fans, through and through, so of course PATTERNS has been everything to us! After being right along Kelsea’s side during the Rolling Up The Welcome Mat era, seeing the healing and the love woven into each of the tracks on this album truly makes us beam. For us, ‘Baggage’ is where that healing and love come in the clearest and the loudest.

Beyoncé -’TEXAS HOLD ‘EM’
COWBOY CARTER is truly one of those moments in music that will forever be looked back on and thought of as such an impressive genre leap. From crafting some of the best pop tracks of all time to crafting a country album of this caliber years into her career, 2024 showed us there is nothing Beyoncé can’t do. ‘TEXAS HOLD ‘EM’ was our first taste of this record, so it only made sense this is what we would highlight.

Shaboozey – ‘A Bar Song (Tipsy)’
‘A Bar Song (Tipsy)’ was inescapable this year, and for good reason! There is simply not a single song that was released this year that made us want to dance more and that we wanted to hear more on a night out. We have loved getting to see Shaboozey get all of his well-deserved flowers following the massive success of this track.

Post Malone ft. Luke Combs – ‘Guy For That’
There’s no denying that when you think of country music in 2024, Post Malone definitely comes to mind! F-1 Trillion was an album where we weren’t sure if it would be more of a rap album with country features or if it would be a full-on country record, but it definitely stayed true to the country genre, both in the features and in the melodies. When thinking of what track off of F-1 Trillion to include, ‘Guy For That’ ft. Luke Combs was the obvious answer!

Logan Crosby – ‘You’re Still’
We first found Logan Crosby on one of our favorite shows, Claim to Fame, and since then we have allowed his songs to soundtrack so many moments in our lives. This year ‘You’re Still’ was in our top five most listened-to songs on Spotify; it’s that serious for us! We are fully convinced this track could turn anyone into a mega-fan!

DINER – ‘Lasso The Moon’
One of the highlights of any year for us is finding new artists to dive into, and this year DINER was one of those artists we just fell in love with! We had ‘Lasso The Moon’ on a loop after we first heard the track and have only further fallen into a hole of listening to it over and over again. We can see big things for DINER in the new year.

Kacey Musgraves – ‘Too Good to be True’
We have been in a Deeper Well bubble since its release, spending so much time with each track. But of course, we couldn’t make this entire list just Kacey Musgraves songs (we did try), so ‘Too Good to be True’ ended up being the track we wanted to highlight. The emotion of this track + the visuals is what made it a standout for us.
