While it’s a very STAYC song, none of their previous songs have included electronics quite this way. ‘I WANT IT’ might be carefree, but it also raises the energy to the roof with its electronic dance-pop sound. The B-sides
Whether they deliver one b-side or more than 10, STAYC always slays when it comes to complementing their title track – and it’s no different here. ‘BOY’ has that signature STAYC sound from their b-sides – very smooth and laid-back, yet they incorporate electronic elements, making it an instant standout. This love song is full of yearning yet feels incredibly refreshing, much like ‘Honestly,’ where the girls transition from yearning to heartbreak. And despite that heartbreak, this b-side feels bright and smooth with its groovy, retro bass. STAYC‘s voices will always fit anything, and their talent is always overflowing in everything they touch, but there’s something magical about how they sound with each of their summer releases.
