We will forever praise Lauren Spencer Smith’s songwriting, which may just be at its best here on ‘Natural Disaster.’ ‘Natural Disaster’ acts as the first peek into Lauren’s deluxe version of THE ART OF BEING A MESS, and to us, it feels like the only possible way this record could have been done justice in a continuation. 2026 is already turning out to be the year of career-best music from some of our favorite artists! ‘Die For Me,’ for us, feels like a return to form for Zayn. We felt the same way on our first listen through of this track that we did upon hearing ‘PILLOWTALK.’ Musically, it’s clear this is where Zayn feels the most comfortable and is able to create at his most honest. It’s abundantly clear to us that KONNAKOL is going to go platinum here at THP!

Carter Faith – ‘Fame Is A Gun’ (Cover)
If you had asked us what one song we would love to see one of our favorite artists at the moment cover, ‘Fame Is a Gun’ would definitely be on the table. This song, in its original form by pop princess Addison Rae, showcases a path we’ve hoped a current pop star would take, which is reminiscent of the early 2000s, and Carter Faith is a perfect artist to encapsulate that.
