Young Miko is everywhere right now. She’s the new official face of Gen-Z brands like GAP and Garnier, just performed two sold-out nights in the Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot (what an accomplishment) after touring with Billie Eilish, is riding the high of her latest album Do Not Disturb, and just graced the front cover of Cosmopolitan magazine. It would be an understatement to say that her fanbase is growing rapidly, and she’s hitting a new high in her career that we all should be watching. What else is a marker for music industry success these days? Hopping on a Skrillex song.
‘Duro’ Is Hard
Obviously, EDM artist Skrillex has been in the game for some time now. He’s an artist simply everyone would kill to collaborate with. Not to our surprise, Young Miko got her foot in the door. We knew ‘Duro’ was coming eventually, as the two teased the song at last year’s Ultra Miami Music Festival. It received a lot of hype, but was never officially released until now. We have to say, it came at the perfect time.

“Send Me The Pin, The Location”
As we do with all Young Miko songs, we had to fully translate the lyrics. If you’re a Miko fan, you know she loves to have a good time. ‘Duro’ fully encapsulates that feeling, backed with a Skrillex beat. Even if you’re not a big fan of EDM and dance music, we need you to take a listen to ‘Duro.’ The song is all about leaving a party early with someone you have just met, or someone you have waiting at home for you.
Ok, Miko, if you’re reading this, we need you to go on tour and perform ‘Duro’ along with all your new songs from Do Not Disturb. And Skrillex, we beg you to please bring Miko out on stage at every show from now on.
