Whenever someone is on the hunt for fresh, confident lyrics, incredible versatility, and unstoppable charisma in K-Pop, we always point them to the most obvious answer: INTAK, P1Harmony‘s fierce rapper. If you’ve been able to sing along to some of the group’s songs, it’s probably because of him. INTAK has been writing his verses ever since the group debuted. They have a spark that we’ve never seen before: they’re all extremely catchy and super fun to listen to. And that’s only some of the work he has created for P1Harmony! Just like rapping, dancing is a huge part of his life, and he has choreographed a lot of dances for the group, as well as selecting the signature dance moves for the most iconic title tracks. Watching him perform never gets old, as he always adds different details every time he is on stage. That’s why we believe everyone should tune in to everything that he creates!
Since we are huge INTAK fans, we’ve decided to go on a journey through our favorite verses by him to highlight his growth as an artist. We’ve picked extremely adored tracks from P1Harmony’s discography that just had to be on this list, as well as some B-sides that leave us speechless and that we think deserve more attention. No matter how popular these songs are, INTAK always nails his parts. Grab your headphones and get ready to be wowed by our favorite rapper!
‘ICE (VVS)’
We have to start with the fabulous verse that has been on repeat for P1eces and for K-Pop stans this year. ‘ICE (VVS)’ is a banger that has taken over the ranking of our favorite P1Harmony songs! We’re so happy it has become such an unforgettable hit. It gives us the most self-assured lyrics that they’ve ever created, which are a perfect description of INTAK’s evolution as a rapper. We absolutely love when he’s aware of his worth and how much he proves it through his biggest love: his music. Working so hard for six years truly paid off! His bold and smooth delivery makes the verse incredibly addicting, and his take on the chorus fits his tone so, so well. We can guarantee you that you will be reciting his lyrics back on your first listen; he’s that good!

‘Triple 7’
‘Triple 7’ entered b-side royalty the moment it was released, as well as entering our top INTAK verses of all time! Aligning luck with passion, hunger for growth, and hard work is the key to success, and he captures that perfectly with his part in this track. There are so many amazing references in his lyrics, such as rising from the ashes to calling out Intuit Dome, the venue that hosted the biggest North American tour stop on P1Harmony’s MOST WANTED world tour. Not only that, but his “Takki, baby, where you at?” line is a historical lyric at this point! When @takkibabyy went online with his first post on Instagram and connected his caption with this line before UNIQUE was released, we were absolutely speechless. INTAK always looks for little opportunities to give us easter eggs, and this one definitely got us!
The original track also mentions Berlin as the place where this legendary verse was created. INTAK has talked about how he wants to replace the city’s name with the place where they are performing at that moment in time. We can’t wait for their next tour to see how the line transforms on every show!
‘L.O.Y.L.’
We have to talk about ‘L.O.Y.L.’ to finish INTAK’s UNIQUE trifecta. This is P1Harmony’s most ambitious song yet! They branched out to more eclectic and ethereal beats that they’ve never done before. They tackle all of these new musical challenges with ease! INTAK also decided to go a new route with his verse by giving us more of a bouncy rap that combines his singing and his rapping tone. He stands out perfectly on the many layers of this track! It’s so exciting to see that INTAK keeps on surprising us with every new release. He’s always ready to showcase how his talent has no bounds. We’re always seated to see what he has in store for us!
‘DUH!’
You just had to be there to experience the DUH! era to the absolute fullest. The aesthetics, the styling, and the insanely cool vibes are extremely beloved in our hearts, just like the fantastic title track! We could talk on and on about how ‘DUH!’ is a treat from start to finish, including INTAK’s spectacular vibe in the song. Do you want a perfect example of how he delivers flawless intros? You got it! Do you want to enjoy his take on the chorus? Also got it! Do you want to enjoy him on one of the best bridges on P1Harmony’s discography? 100 times yes, with a cherry on top! INTAK has so many incredible parts on this track, and he nails every single one. Plus, he was the creator of the signature hand move that we cannot resist doing whenever we listen to it. The best ideas always come from the best creator!
‘Pretty Boy’
We called out that this track was going to become a classic, and our intuition never fails us. P1Harmony created ‘Pretty Boy’ to fully embrace the “pretty” label that is used when talking about K-Pop male idols as a backhanded compliment. Just like the group reclaims it with full force in their most confident style, INTAK does exactly the same. Nothing comes close to screaming “pretty girls like pretty boys like me” alongside him whenever his verse is on! It’s absolutely charming, fitting perfectly with the song’s theme and with INTAK’s playfulness. Plus, this track transforms even more live. INTAK always adds new elements to his dance when he’s the center in the last chorus. It’s a complete 10/10!
‘WASP’
P1Harmony’s rap duo is our favorite for many reasons. Both INTAK and JONGSEOB have incredible flow together and individually, and they always know how to match their lyrics and their deliveries to the concepts of the group’s tracks. These two legendary rappers have the honor of owning ‘WASP,’ the first P1Harmony subunit, which is still jaw-dropping! They complement each other extremely well on this track with two different delivery styles: INTAK adopts more of a hip-hop beat, whereas JONGSEOB goes down the route of melodic rap. It just sounds insanely fresh, and it gives us a new side of these talented artists. The lyrics are also incredibly powerful, as they detail how the duo is here to eat everyone up. The WASP twins will forever be iconic!
‘Heartbeat Drum’
Speaking of incredible moments from P1Harmony’s rapline, we obviously have to mention ‘Heartbeat Drum’ in this list. We instantly think about INTAK and JONGSEOB’s back-and-forth in this bridge whenever we have to talk about the most legendary verses from their discography. This song is an instant adrenaline rush and a must at every single concert. It’s a perfect staple to jump with the group! They have also performed it at numerous festivals, such as iHeart Jingle Ball in 2024 and KCON this year. INTAK was super surprised by the fact that everyone cheered super loud during their performance at KCON. It’s too legendary not to sing at the top of our lungs!
‘Street Star’
Killin’ It INTAK lives in all of our minds rent-free. There will be images in history books of his star makeup and how many fans have recreated it, and still recreate it to this day. Seeing his evolution through P1Harmony’s first full album was incredible to witness, and his verses are extremely beloved. Any P1ece can talk about their favorite parts by INTAK from this release, and everyone can point out a different track. That’s the most exciting part about supporting him: his enthusiasm to become an artist that his fans are proud of means the world to him. He will make sure that he can stylize his flow to be a more complete artist! He will take the chance to showcase all of his fun, talented sides. For our favorite INTAK verse from this album, though, we have to choose ‘Street Star.’ His impeccable finesse throughout this song is what makes us want to listen to it over and over again!
‘Murmur’
We wish every day to be able to listen to ‘Murmur’ for the first time. Clicking play on that song and listening to INTAK’s intro was (and still is) incredibly life-changing. It deserves a shoutout on this list! Just like the song tells us, whispering and dragging people down is never a cute look, and INTAK’s lyrics match this meaning perfectly. Cowards shall never be honored by their behavior, especially if you’re an authentic artist like him, so he wrote this part with his full heart. He has been praised by many for this verse (as he should). His style just makes this song unmatched, and it never fails to give us chills. This verse deserves so much more recognition!

‘Secret Sauce’
One of the reasons as to why we admire INTAK so much is the fact that his coolness is unlike any other. He will work as hard as he possibly can to make sure that his passion reaches everyone who tunes into P1Harmony. His artistry gets better and better over the years! ‘Secret Sauce’ is a perfect example of his growth, as it includes one of his catchiest verses. We can see how he’s able to make an extremely underrated B-side from the group’s discography become unforgettable thanks to his delivery. We think the lyrics from this verse set the stage for a lot of his later, more confident music. We’re so glad we’re able to tune into this hidden gem to check on his growth!
‘Mirror Mirror’
If you want to keep enjoying an underrated masterpiece from our favorite rapper’s pen, this is the one. Just like a lot of treasures in P1Harmony’s discography, it deserves a lot more appreciation. We are taking ‘Mirror Mirror’ out of its hiding in plain sight to highlight INTAK’s incredible verse! Using a mirror as a focal point to make sure the listener is motivated to tackle whatever comes their way is absolutely genius. INTAK’s part on this track also deserves more attention. The delivery of his reassuring lyrics and his unique pronunciation of his “whatever, whatever” line make it one of our favorite parts that he has ever done. We always look forward to when he comes to the mic during this track!
Bonus: INTAK’s One-Of-A-Kind Voice
Just like the rest of P1Harmony, INTAK always wants to show us new sides of his artistry and his talent, and that not only includes his rapping skills. He has also demonstrated that he can sing on the group’s softer songs. He can showcase his dreamy sound and his softer side. If you’ve never heard him divert from his rap before, we recommend tuning into ‘Stupid Brain’ from the EX album, where he absolutely nailed his part, as well as listening to his yearning ‘Wednesday Girl’ part from UNIQUE. We’re so proud of him for trying out new ways to display his creativity. We can’t wait to see what he does next, whether that is through rapping and/or through singing!
