XG has had their foot on the gas since their light turned green; they’ve been booked, busy, and thriving, and we’re loving it! They have a pretty full second half of the year, with a lot of exciting news and events. One that we, U.S. THP’s authors, are especially excited for is their U.S. Exclusive CD, DEPENDS.
DEPENDS will feature two tracks: the title track with the same name, which is the introduction to the new direction of the group’s agency, XGALX, and a new chapter for the group. The second track is ‘S.A.D.’ A track about navigating and embracing what it means when you face your sadness. We honestly love the album cover; it’s super clever, and we think it fits XG’s new direction perfectly. You can preorder the CD now here, but just because you’re not from the U.S. doesn’t mean you can’t stream the track, so make sure to set a reminder for November 6th!
XG X FUGGLER
As we said, there is more on the way for XG, including their collab with FUGGLER, which is pretty iconic, and if we thought the CD fit them so well, FUGGLER X XG is on a totally different level! The collab contains a crossbody with XG’s very own FUGGLER right across it. The monster has three eyes, XG’s toothgems, and the members’ colors across it. It’s also designed to hold trading cards. But that’s not all; you can even get a little FUGGLER, in the members’ designated color, to put inside your XG lightstick’s cockpit! But Wait, There’s More…
All of XG have been smashing it in the fashion world. The members have made appearances at VOGUE WORLD 2026 in Italy, as well as the Spring/Summer 2027 womenswear fashion weeks in Milan and Paris. They have all been invited by brands that show off their personalities perfectly; we couldn’t have imagined better outfits to show the world who XG is more!
XG has also been kicking butt on their world tour THE CORE, with their Australian dates coming up very, very soon, October 12th. As well as their US Tour, starting in November! We were lucky enough to see XG live before, so we highly recommend that if they make a stop in your city, you make sure to go out to support and see them.
