You caught us quoting her brilliant albums! Join us on a journey, as we try and pick only five reasons from the bunch. ‘Rumour Has It’ we’ll be falling short… Still, here at THP, we love a good challenge!
1. Her Realness Above All
While Adele is one of the most acclaimed and awarded singers of our times, she has managed to stay grounded, humble, and bottom-line relatable. Her 15 GRAMMYs, nine BRIT Awards, and countless nominations, have proved time and time again she’s golden! She’s even gone as far as refusing to acknowledge her own deserving of a GRAMMY... all the feels…
Also, we’ve got to love an artist who self-portrays struggling in everyday activities. It could be easily anyone of us on any given Monday! Kudos to Adele for not bailing on arm day!
Truth be said, we can’t get enough of her public appearances. However few those are! What’s not to love about someone who’s not afraid to give us a sneak peek of her true self?
2. A Wicked Sense Of Humor
If you’ve ever seen an interview with Adele, you’re bound to have witnessed her quirky remarks. Let’s face it, she’s hilarious. She’s never not entertaining and we live for watching what she’ll come up with next!
When given the choice, Adele frequently chooses the goofy side of life! And we love her for it! Be it by driving around with James Corden on Carpool Karaoke (seriously, you should watch it!) or by joining Jimmy Fallon in a game of Box of Lies, she captures audiences with the ease of her sense of humor!
3. Iconic Music Videos
There’s something to be said about her music videos. They are guilty of… perfection! Don’t get us wrong, Adele creates masterpieces by the sound of her voice. But there’s an aesthetic that’s so hers… polished, classy, timeless. She’s a wholesome artist, a born-storyteller that never fails to give her audience nothing short of beautiful.
Let us take you on a selection of videos from each of her previous albums. Starting with her first-ever studio album 19, an ode to her childhood town, and her first-ever written song, ‘Hometown Glory.’ Talk about feeling homesick.

Adele can certainly headline each and every playlist devoted to heartbreak, love, and relationships. But we are not trying to be thorough, because she can champion any number of different moods. One thing is crystal clear: she delivers. And it feels effortless on her part. Wouldn’t you agree?
As a matter of fact, here at THP, we’ve all found ourselves playing at least one of her songs on repeat. Her music heals. We feel seen through the words she speaks. In many ways, her songwriting echoes real life. It’s like Adele is the talented friend of the group, the one with a way with words to voice the feelings everyone else fails to explain. We all need her! Thank heavens she’s unleashed and willing to put out songs that echo our collective experiences!
5. A Killer Voice
This one is a self-explanatory reason. Gosh! Adele is such a powerhouse singer. Hers is a voice with a soul of its own. It truly feels like she carries the weight and wisdom of the world in her singing. Don’t you get goosebumps when she takes the mic? Perhaps it’s the stripped emotions or the raw sound she masters. Regardless, she interprets her songs wholeheartedly and that carries in her ‘One and Only’ voice.
We all need artists like Adele. Devoted to staying true to themselves, not afraid of making a fool, conveying beautiful music videos, writing their hearts out, and singing like their very lives depended on that!
