A singer-songwriter that has quickly climbed our stan list, fellow 70’s music lover, Jordan Armstrong, is someone that should find their place on yours as well!
So, get this, Jordan Armstrong, just 22 years old, has released, probably our new favorite track that came out this Summer with ‘Even If.’ Jordan’s voice is an obvious stand-out right off the bat in this track. It’s just so steady, and she hits those high notes so effortlessly. We can’t get enough of her vocals. ‘Even If’ is all about still wanting your ex to be happy, even though it’s not with you. So, if you loved Olivia Rodrigo’s SOUR album, you’ll 100% love this track.
The MV is simple, but very aesthetically pleasing, especially the cake used in the video and the cover art. Fun fact, Jordan designed the cake; she even baked it! Now we know who to call for our next party!
‘Even If’ was born from one of my best friends sitting in the passenger seat of my car saying “I hope she rocks his whole world,”….She was mad at herself for still wanting the boy who broke her heart to be happy. And it got me on this train of thought about the love you have for someone outweighing the heartbreak. So this is what I call my reverse heartbreak song. Where you’re mad/sad/all the above but at the end of the day you just want that person to be happy because you still love them it just sucks they weren’t happy with you.

No, but seriously, just from this track alone, Jordan exudes so much talent, and this is just the beginning for her.
