Can you believe it? Meet Me @ The Altar announced their headliner tour! If you’re trying to ‘Wake Up,’ stop, this isn’t a dream. If you’re like us, you’ve already started thinking about what the setlist could be. Without a doubt, the setlist will be ‘Kool.’ We do have a few requests though, if you’ll hear us out!
‘Now Or Never’
Do we even have to explain this one? This is the perfect song for a live performance! The drums, the vocals, the guitar, and, well, everything just makes us want to jump and dance. “Wish we could stay, we could stay forever” is how we feel about being at a MM@TA show!
‘Say It (To My Face)’
It would be criminal not to play the song that the tour is named after, but we need to say it for the record! If you attended The 5SOS Show, you already know how good this song is live. Also, we just wanna yell, “Hope you’re having fun, still stuck in your mother’s basement,” with MM@TA.
‘A Few Tomorrows’
We’re obsessed with this track, so obviously, we need this at a show! Since this is one of their more chill tracks, this would be the best song to take a breather and just relish in Edith’s gorgeous vocals.
‘Rocket Science’
Which is what narrowing our requests down felt like. This track feels very “coming of age” and realizing, hey, I can do whatever I want! So dancing along and singing “Anything is possible, everything is possible” would feel very healing.
‘Changes’
Ending this with MM@TA’s latest song. We knew from the moment we heard it we needed to hear it live, like yesterday! Between the beat and the vocals… If we could marry a song, it would be this one. We’ll settle for dancing to it with fellow MM@TA fans, though.
