‘Lonely Dancers’

Of course, we needed to start with his brand-new song. Conan Gray has impressed us once again with an anthem to last the ages with ‘Lonely Dancers,’ taken from his upcoming album, Found Heaven. Full of vibrancy, a punchy rhythm, and a sound reminiscent of days long gone, it’s a catchy track that’ll have you feeling like you’re ready to take on the day.

At its core, ‘Lonely Dancers’ is a break-up song, but the way Conan Gray has encapsulated the idea of joining someone else who also has a broken heart for a dance provides a new meaning of unity and togetherness. No matter the heavy feeling that you have in your heart and soul, there is someone out there in the world feeling the exact same thing. And in general, we’d say it’s pretty impossible not to want to get up and dance to this track. When we listen to it, we’re up on our feet in no time! Let’s be ‘Lonely Dancers’ together and dance the day away with Conan Gray.

‘Best Friend’

There’s something about ‘Best Friend’ from Conan Gray’s Superache album that has us feeling so appreciative of the people we have around us. It’s a track with a heartfelt message to a friend, and the lyrics showcase them as clearly one of the absolute best. Even with the ups and downs of life, that’s a ride-or-die best friend.

This song really makes us think about the special people in our lives and how, really, we have no reason to feel lonely. It can be tricky to reach out to our loved ones when we feel down, but they’re the best people to have in our lives for support. If you’re down, feeling alone, or anything similar, don’t forget to reach out to your besties, your family, your found family, or anyone else in your life that you adore!

‘Generation Why’

We’re going all the way back to Conan Gray’s EP, Sunset Season, to showcase ‘Generation Why.’ The lyrical content in this song is quite deep and very real for the times we live in. However, the sentiment of the song is about unity in the feelings that we have. Sometimes, we can feel like we’re no good. We’re lost to the world, unknown to most, and a little struck by the hard bits of reality. But in all of that, there are people that share that similar feeling.

This one is for all those feeling like they’re isolated in their emotions and feel like they’re lonely in how they feel. We promise you’re not! Life is full of ups and downs, but we’re all on the same ride with our own individual experiences. Sticking together on this big winding rollercoaster is the best thing that we can do.
