Fan culture is nothing without music videos. How else are we supposed to support (and slightly obsess) over our faves’ new music? Visualizers help bring our favorite songs to life, and this week we are highlighting four music videos that just dropped. If there is a time that you’re ever going to take our advice, it’s today.
Raveena’s ’16 Candles’ 🕯️
We had to start off with one of our new favorite artists we discovered this week. Raveena is the mystical and magical artist you’ve been waiting to hear. If you love ‘16 Candles’ you’re going to love her album Where The Butterflies Go In The Rain, which was released last month – stream it now!
I don’t think I’ve ever understood a record so well before—It wasn’t like the process I used to have with past albums where I was more anxious about being at my best. This time, it was all intuition, and I knew the album was right when I finally had the feeling of rest. Raveena stated in a press release
This music video is the perfect intro to meeting Raveena – with every candle, we meet a different version of herself. She actually co-directed the video herself, so show her all the love!

Gracie Abrams’ ‘I Love You, I’m Sorry’ 💔
Gracie fans around the world are living their best life! New album? Tour? Music videos? We’re feeling like the luckiest fans ever right now. We didn’t know which videos from The Secret of Us Gracie was going to turn into visuals, but we are so happy she chose ‘I Love You, I’m Sorry.’
This video is so stunning, and totally Gracie. Her softness comes across perfectly in this video and we love that she chose to film it on the beach.
Don’t forget, if you want to hear this song, along with the rest of her latest album, live, Gracie is headed out on tour. Grab your tickets! Another perk? ROLE MODEL is opening all the shows, so you know you’ll see us there.

Ruby Bell’s ‘Love Song’ 🎶
Another new artist on our radar is Ruby Bell. Naturally, we fell in love with her when we heard her track ‘Love Song.’ She just knows how to hypnotize us with her hyper-dance pop songs. If you love Charli xcx or are currently in your brat summer era, you need to tune into Ruby Bell (like right now!). Feminine hyperpop is coming back with a vengeance and we are certain that by the end of the year, ‘Love Song’ will be on everyone’s 2024 playlists.
‘Love Song’ is about feeling in love but not knowing how to say it without saying what everyone else says in love songs. Dylan Brady and I wrote this song together with reference to my first time being in Los Angeles. Ruby stated in a press release
The visual is just as hypnotic as the song itself. If you’re the type of music listener who likes to speed down the highway with your favorite music on full blast, then ‘Love Song’ is for you.

Kacey Musgraves’ ‘Cardinal’ 🐦
Honestly, we will never shut up about Kacey Musgraves. She’s just too perfect to ignore. This video drop came as a total surprise to us! The entire Deeper Well album could be made into visuals, but we are so thrilled that Kacey decided to choose ‘Cardinal’ first.
Surprisingly, this video takes a darker turn than we expected. We follow Kacey around different rooms in her house and we meet a few different “versions” of her. About halfway through, the vibes switch up, but we won’t spoil anymore.
