Role Model, AKA Tucker Pillsbury, is an American singer-songwriter signed to Interscope Records back in 2018. He has since released hits such as ‘deathwish,’ ‘blind,’ and ‘forever&more.’ If you haven’t heard of this artist before, you need to add them to your playlist!
The Opener
Sydney-made, Los Angeles-based artist, The Blssm, started the night off with their dreamy, chill-beat song ‘CLOVES.’ We absolutely loved their entire set and think you should check out their latest EP PURE ENERGY! Our favorite of the night definitely had to be ‘Dizzy.’

The Show
After a 30-minute wait, the stage lights finally went down. The crowd’s energy immediately changed as the fluorescent white lights from the stage started flashing. Role Model opened his set with ‘if jesus saves, then she’s my type,’ a song off his new album RX. Role Model has significantly grown since the last time he was in Houston. He makes us so proud!
During his set, a fan threw custom-made dollar bills on stage during ‘stripclub music.’ Role Model took one of the dollars and put it beside another fan’s cowboy hat that he said he wanted to keep as memorabilia of the show. Later on, he jumped into the crowd during the chorus of ‘forever&more.’ We were so excited to have such an up-close and personal moment with him!
