Megan Moroney has taken over both the country music world and our playlists over the last year, and her newest album, Am I Okay?, has only amplified that! Am I Okay? is truly a masterclass in songwriting, and Megan could expand upon the album with this deluxe version and not lose any of its genius, which is beyond impressive. These three bonus tracks now feel like they always belonged on this flawless record, with ‘Break It Right Back’ being our favorite.

James Bay – Changes All The Time
We could listen to James Bay sing every page of a phone book and enjoy every moment. His voice is truly magic, which has never been clearer than on the eleven songs that make up Changes All The Time. We are longtime fans of James, and with confidence, we can say this is his best, most cohesive body of work. From ‘Everburn,’ to ‘Talk,’ you can’t go wrong with a single song.

Joe Jonas – ‘What This Could Be’
We are simple people; we just want to see artists we’ve loved for over a decade thrive and create the best music of their careers, and that’s what we’re seeing right now out of Joe Jonas! Obviously, the Jonas Brothers are untouchable, and we hold that music so near and dear, but the music that Joe Jonas is making on his own is in a class all its own. We are watching him realize the exact sound he wants to create in real-time with ‘What This Could Be.’

We had to throw just a little more country into this round-up, courtesy of one of our current favorites, Tucker Wetmore! Tucker is one of those artists rapidly rising in fame and finds his audience more with every release. If there is any doubt from anyone in or out of the country music world that Tucker is the next big thing, Waves On A Sunset will turn them into a believer.

Zara Larsson – Memory Lane Remix EP
‘Memory Lane’ by the pop queen that is Zara Larsson was already a discography stand-out for us, so a remix EP is pretty much a dream scenario! Now we have a version of ‘Memory Lane’ no matter what we’re looking for sonically, and we will be streaming until further notice.

Leon Bridges – Leon
It will come as no surprise to anyone that we are completely and utterly in love with the new Leon Bridges album, Leon. This 13-track album is the only record that could have followed up an album as perfect as Gold-Diggers Sound. Front to back, the storytelling wowed us, how the record flowed sonically and the experimenting that took place. We need to hear this record live ASAP!

Ashe – ‘Pull The Plug’
When we first listened to Willson, ‘Pull The Plug’ was an instant stand-out, and now it has a music video, so we really won! Can everyone thank Ashe for bringing this song to life in the most beautiful way that feels like it honors the lyrics?

Maya Hawke – Clipped Wings
It’s official: Maya Hawke has established herself as one of the best artists making music right now. Clipped Wings is that serious for us. EPs always go one of two ways: it either feels too short, and we want more, or it feels like a complete story was told, and we can’t wait to hear more. And with Clipped Wings, we can’t wait to see what she does next, but we can’t get enough of this project as is and are relishing in it.

Corbyn Besson – ‘Don’t Run’
We are ending this round-up with an artist to whom you all need to pay attention to! Corbyn Besson was a part of the band Why Don’t We and is now exploring the industry as a solo artist and has completely departed from the sound the group shared. The music Corbyn is currently making feels so true to self and has us so excited to hear what an EP or album will sound like from him.
