Honeybees, we are back with an exclusive video interview with our favorite pop girly, Kenzie! We got to sit down with her before her set in Houston and had an absolute blast getting to know her a bit more.
She is currently on The Rockwood Tour with Mark Ambor, and we are so happy that we finally got to 1. meet her in person and ask a few questions, and 2. see her perform our favorite songs from her album, biting my tongue.
Her Performance
We have been long-time fans of Kenzie and have loved getting to see her grow up, whether its been on Dance Moms, her own social media, or now through her music! Not only is biting my tongue one of our favorite releases of 2024, but Kenzie has an incredible voice, and getting to hear her sing live was an absolute treat!
Houston made stop number 6 on The Rockwood Tour and with how comfortable Kenzie and her band were on stage, you’d think they’d have been performing together for years! When she played ‘6 feet under’ and ‘bad 4 u,’ we got full-body chills. We have lived with this album for the last 3 months and the live versions of these songs made us feel seen and getting to scream the lyrics was like a group therapy session between us in the crowd and Kenzie on stage.
