2024 was the year we finally got the Shawn Mendes album we’ve been waiting for! We have been Shawn Mendes fans since the very beginning, and Shawn is the most true-to-self body of work he has put out yet. This album felt like a sincere welcome into the last few years of Shawn’s life, a true look into his head and how he’s been processing things. We couldn’t have asked for anything more, and we knew we had to celebrate what this year has brought to us as Shawn Mendes stans!

Shawn is everything you hope an album by your favorite artist is going to be. It’s a genre-shift, going from full-on pop to a folk-pop hybrid; it is raw and shows Shawn’s heart on his sleeve. It sounds like a record Shawn was always supposed to make, and to us, that’s what makes this such a stand-out record from this year.
For Friends And Family Only Tour
This tour was made for us! For those fans that have been with Shawn since day one and have dreamt of going back and seeing him play those intimate venues again. While only having a few dates, this tour felt like it reignited the community we saw during the Illuminate and Wonder tour. These shows felt like one-on-one conversation with Shawn through music, him saying “hey, this is where I’ve been, and this is what’s been going on.”
For Friends And Family Only: A Live Concert Film
If you weren’t one of the people fortunate enough to see For Friends and Family Only on the road, Shawn had you covered! The live concert film birthed from the tour was released! We have re-watched this concert film more times than we can count, and think it perfectly encapsulates what that room felt like.
