And everyone wondered what would happen if Doechii never won. I guess we’ll never know!
IKTR! Our Swamp Princess took home a GRAMMY award over the weekend for Best Rap Album. That award had her name written all over it with giant alligator bites, and we’re so beyond thrilled she took it home. We’re not the only honeybees celebrating this massive achievement. Doechii herself took to the internet after the award ceremony to drop yet another banger. This time, the lyrics reflect her new shiny gold award and disses the people who said she’d never make it.

‘Nosebleeds’ – Listen To The New Track Here!
We always knew Doechii would make it mainstream; it was just a matter of time. Thankfully, her time is here, and we’re sitting front row baby. When we saw that Doechii dropped a surprise track after winning her GRAMMY, we had a miniature heart attack. We immediately paused what we were doing (probably re-watching her insane GRAMMYs performance) and ran to Spotify. To no one’s surprise, ‘Nosebleeds’ absolutely devoured, and we’ve been listening to it at least five times a day since it dropped.
Here are some of our favorite lyrical moments from Doechii’s new song!
“Doechii don’t critique, I seek improvement”
“Now I understand why they mad at me and hate on my anatomy / It’s ’cause I look good from the balcony / I look good from the nosebleeds, b***h”
“I’ve been at a place where it was hard as it could get / If you never suffered, you could never tell me s**t”
The 67th Annual GRAMMYs
We really can’t talk about how much we loved this record without talking about how much we loved seeing Doechii at the GRAMMYs. First, she stepped out on the red carpet looking absolutely stunning. That was no surprise. But what had us shaking in our boots was her performance. She bodied intense choreography while singing a flawless compilation of two of her hits ‘DENIAL IS A RIVER’ and ‘CATFISH.’
Haven’t seen it yet? Lock in, honeybees!
This had us bowing down to our TV screen and singing Doechii’s praises from the ‘Nosebleeds!’ We’re so hyped to see Doechii completely take over 2025 and hear whatever new projects she decides to surprise drop next. It’s Doechii’s world, and we’re just living in it.
Did you love ‘Nosebleeds’ as much as we did? What did you think of her recent performance? Let us know all your thoughts in the comments below or by buzzing with us over on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook 🐝
