We really like checking out new music we can share with you, and one of our new fave finds is BIZZY’s ‘I Really Like This Part!’ The song celebrates the little things that feel like absolute magic in the beginning of a relationship or crush, like wanting to impress each other with nice outfits and giving each other sweet compliments. BIZZY’s voice sounds so euphoric as she gushes about how excited she is to be around this person, and you’ll be just as excited as she walks you through that dopamine rush.
And can we talk for that bridge for a moment? It captures the thrill of falling for someone so well! The way she crafted the lyrics is so clever – lines like “butterflies and forts under covers” mix together two things you can really enjoy at the start of a relationship, so jumping from one to the other in a single lyric shows how all the special moments connect and add up to something incredible.
This song feels like catching butterflies in a jar. Everything still feels magical and untouched. You’re just giddy, telling your friends you met someone new, hoping that feeling never goes away.
