I made ‘2am’ on my first trip to Nashville before I officially moved there. I wrote it about one of my first nights out when I fell in love with the city. I met a girl who dragged me around her favorite spots. We had the greatest time, but when the lights went on, she was gone, and I never saw her again.

‘2am’ is giving us very high hopes for MOD SUN’s next full-length project, due this fall! Between his recent move to Nashville, customizing his new home, fictional(?) feud with a music leaker named Peter on Instagram, and unforgettable shows with mgk on the lost americana Tour earlier this year, there are so many more cool experiences that we’re sure he’ll draw from. We also love that he’s offering unique merch this era, like custom incense inspired by ‘2am!’ His creativity knows no bounds and continues to inspire us.
