With BIGBANG having such a big year coming back and going on tour again, it makes sense for us to include them in our Halloween celebrations. THPloween is all about finding ways to make the most out of the entire month of October, not just the 31st.
As the trio continues on their XX: Cosmos Tour, we’ll be here curating our perfect Halloween and fall playlists. Here are five BIGBANG songs that we think are perfect for Halloween!
‘Bad Boy’
Starting with one of our all-time favorite songs from BIGBANG‘s 2012 ALIVE EP is ‘Bad Boy.’ This song not only screams fall vibes, but it also makes us want to dress up in biker gear and loiter around the city. Maybe even pick fights on Halloween or pick up someone who also embodies the role of a bad boy. Just kidding! Unless…
‘Still Alive’
Our next BIGBANG Halloween song is ‘Still Alive!’ We’re leaning in to the undead theme this THPloween, in case you couldn’t tell. This high-energy track is sure to keep you awake and remind you to stay alive as you pull a few all-nighters working on your costume and then dancing the night away at different Halloween parties.
‘Monster’
Next, we have ‘Monster,’ the most aptly titled song on our BIGBANG Halloween playlist. From their 2012 repackaged Still Alive album, this track has all the drama and flair we’d expect from the Kings of K-Pop. The hairstyles are ridiculously iconic to this day. And it’s the perfect song to karaoke to, especially if you have on a monster costume.
‘LOSER’
We can’t explain why, but every Halloween celebration comes with a few moments (or hours) of getting in your feels and regretting all your life’s decisions. It’s a canon event. But don’t worry because BIGBANG has the perfect song for when you want to amplify the angst: ‘LOSER.’ It got us through high school, and it’ll get us through this spooky season.
‘FXXK IT’
Finally, when you’re done brooding and ready to rejoin the festivities, BIGBANG’s ‘FXXK IT’ will get you back on track. This electronic hip-hop song will have you running to the makeshift dance floor and tossing your worries aside. Because at the end of the day, Halloween is meant to be as fun and carefree as you can make it. Same time next year?
