Gabrielle Aplin Was Our ‘Salvation’ at Her Show

After 2 long years of rescheduled dates and cancellations, we finally got to see the British acoustic pop queen Gabrielle Aplin and we were not disappointed! She graced us with a beautiful set on her Dear Happy tour. She lit up the stage at O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire in London, giving us insane vocals and the perfect mix of songs to make us laugh and cry.

We Were ‘Dancing In The Dark’ With Nick Wilson

One of our new faves Nick Wilson held the room in absolute silence as he gave us a serene set including ‘Miles Apart,’ ‘Stop Your Love,’ and a cover of ‘Dancing In The Dark’ by Bruce Springsteen.

Solomon Committed a ‘Robbery’ Because He Stole Our Hearts

The London-born singer/ songwriter and producer Solomon gave us a chilling set including ‘Robbery’ and his unreleased single ‘Bleed’- we cannot wait to hear a studio version of that!

‘Home’ Is Wherever Gabrielle Is

Gabrielle’s quirky 60s style dress already told us we’d be in for a fun-filled, high-energy performance and she delivered, beginning her set with her bop ‘Until The Sun Comes Up.’ The crowd was bouncing and singing along as our acoustic pop queen brought back an old fan favorite, ‘Panic Cord,’ and she gave us a chillingly beautiful, stripped-back piano performance of ‘Salvation.’

Solomon joined her on stage for a stunning duet of her hit song ‘Losing Me’ which rendered the auditorium silent as we were entranced by their vocals.

Lastly, she ended with ‘Sweet Nothing’ and ‘Miss You’ in her encore and she was met with loud applause from the audience. This British acoustic pop queen Gabrielle Aplin sure knows how to give us the best show.

We thoroughly enjoyed seeing Gabrielle live (finally) and we can’t wait to hear what she releases next!
