Our favorite British pop queen Griff is currently on tour and we were lucky enough to snag a front-row seat to her latest show in London’s O2 Academy in Brixton. So buckle up, because this show was a wild one.
BEKA Might Just Be Our New Obsession
Nottingham star BEKA brought us soothing vocals with her tracks ‘You Got’ and ‘Don’t Call Me A Friend.’ Dressed in a gorgeous sparkling top and flowing skirt, she definitely captured our attention. BEKA is one to keep an eye on for the future.

Lola Young Gave Us Everything And More
You may know Lola (if you’re from the U.K) from the John Lewis Christmas Advert last year where she sang a cover of ‘Together In Electric Dreams’ by Giorgio Moroder and Philip Oakey. Since then Lola has risen up and she showed us exactly why you should be streaming her new single ‘So Sorry.’ She gave us soulful vocals as the audience sang along with her to her tracks ‘Dopamine,’ and ‘Bad Tattoo.’

And Finally, Our ‘One Night’ With Griff
[apple_music_ad artist=”Griff”]
Standing behind a screen, Griff’s iconic silhouette was projected up as she started her set with ‘Heart of Gold.’ Her fans screamed along as our pop queen gave us all the energy and insane vocals with some of her older tracks like ‘Forgive Myself.’

We were treated to an awesome acoustic-techno cover of Jason Derulo’s ‘Whatcha Say’ which was pretty awesome if we do say so ourselves! Finishing her set with her hit single ‘Black Hole,’ Griff was met with screams and cheers from every single person in the crowd.
Yep, it’s official, we’re obsessed with Griff and her amazing show, did you enjoy seeing our fave British pop queen as much as we did? Let us know in the comments or on Twitter @TheHoneyPop, Facebook, and Instagram!
