THP Tour Report: Time To Rattle Your Piggy Bank!

There’s nothing more exciting than dressing up, heading downtown with friends with over-the-top makeup, and flaunting a sign that says “I LOVE YOU THROW ME A PICK.” And thanks to artists being free to tour again, that’s exactly what we get to do. But, with so many awesome concert options, how do we know who to pick? The OMGs multiply with each new announcement! Take our money. All of it, Mr. Concert Gods. We have places to go and people to fight on our way to barricade. But whose ticket stubs are getting added to our album this year? The list grows each month tbh.

We have a huge update for you today, so let’s get into it! Here’s the newest tour news and the artists we’re dying to see on the road.

Andrea Bocelli

There’s a reason Andrea Bocelli is called the golden voice of Italy, and now U.S. music lovers will get to experience that firsthand! He recently shared new American tour dates for November and December, stopping in cities like Philadelphia, PA and Baltimore, MD to perform his original music and some holiday songs to celebrate the season. But if you can’t wait, don’t worry! Andrea will be playing shows in Los Angeles, Seattle, and more in May, and those are bound to be just as incredible. The public sale for the new shows starts on April 24th, so stay tuned for more info (and pick up tickets to the May concerts) right here.

The ESSENCE Festival Of Culture

ESSENCE’s Festival Of Culture is always iconic, but this year’s rendition is downright historic. To celebrate the 50th anniversary of hip-hop, they’ll be having three amazing headlining performers – all iconic women in hip-hop, and the first time they’ve had all Black women in hip-hop headlining. Those women are none other than Missy Elliott, Megan Thee Stallion, and Ms. Lauryn Hill, and you know the show is gonna be nothing short of breathtaking! There will also be performances from amazing artists like Gucci Mane, Muni Long, and Coco Jones, so be sure to grab tickets here before the show takes over New Orleans, LA from June 30th to July 2nd.
