After we heard ‘Heart Attack’ (Rock Version), we immediately envisioned so many more of our favorite Demi Lovato tracks being reimagined with this edgy twist! And, of course, as usual, Demi Lovato delivered! REVAMPED is stacked with Demi’s hits, made more true to who Demi Lovato is as a musician at heart.
Getting to see this side of Demi and getting to hear how their vocals truly shine on these tracks within this genre, it’s clear this project was always meant to be! We thought that in celebration of REVAMPED, we would walk you through our top three from this project!

‘Cool for the Summer’ (Rock Version)
‘Cool for the Summer’ was already a certified bop, so when a rock edge was added? Oh yeah, we were all over that! Demi Lovato has spun this track in a way that has turned it way past just a summer anthem and into a song that we will scream the lyrics to all year round.
Also? That lyric change? The pride? That’s what we like to see!

‘La La Land’ ft. Nita Strauss
‘La La Land’ is a song that makes us extremely nostalgic. We are transported right back to middle school when we listen, so to hear this new live breathed into this song makes us absolutely elated. And adding Nita Strauss? A power move!
‘Neon Lights’ with The Maine
Let us just say adding The Maine to ‘Neon Lights’ was the biggest mastermind move possible. Demi knew what she was doing, adding a band that kicks ass onto a song that was already edgier than mainstream pop to add even more of a kick to it was just absolutely genius. That chorus still goes as hard as ever, we bow down to Demi Lovato, truly.
