We are all over it! ‘Love Me Like You Mean It’ is a song that is meant to be sung with Kelsea’s current vocal abilities, this reimagining truly shot this song up the list of our favorite all-time Kelsea Ballerini tracks. As we were listening to ‘Love Me Like You Mean It’ we were thinking about three other early Kelsea Ballerini tracks that we would love to see given a similar treatment, so naturally we had to break them down for you guys!

‘Dibs’
‘Dibs’ as is, is already one of our favorites, but given a little pop spin and with Kelsea’s more mature vocals we are pretty sure we would never take the track off of repeat. It’s that serious for us. The chorus is going to slap every time, and we could easily see this song transforming into a Shania Twain type staple with a reimagining.
‘Peter Pan’
If you’ve never cried to this song you’ve never lived. We remember when this song first came out, we had been to a very early show of Kelsea’s and acted as though we were hearing the gospel while this song played. Breaking this down with maybe an acoustic, indie-pop, country feel to it would be a dream sequence.
‘XO’
‘XO’ deserves to be belted at the highest volumes! Giving this song the reimagining treatment would open up the gates to including a bit of a pop-rock feel to the track which we would eat right up.
