We’ve always known LISA has that ‘Rockstar’ quality, from her fierce confidence to even wearing a jacket made of Iron Maiden t-shirts in her debut solo music video, ‘LALISA.’ And she’s making that truer than ever with her first-ever solo comeback, ‘Rockstar!’ We’re very “hype, hype” and we know you will be, too, once you check out the song and music video.

‘Rockstar’ is a sparkling display of LISA’s potential and ability to effortlessly catch our attention. From the very first energetic notes, she’ll command your heart and remind you why she’s one of the most powerful women on the global music scene. She teamed up with choreographer Sean Bankhead and director Henry Schofield to give us both of those things, and we can’t get enough! They filmed the ‘Rockstar’ music video in Bangkok to celebrate LISA’s Thai heritage, even opting to ‘Shut Down’ one of the city’s busiest streets. The video has so many amazing cinematography moments, like when her backup dancers freeze midair as LISA keeps moving.

Fans have called LISA one of the best dancers in K-Pop for years, and we totally agree, but she still manages to blow us away every single time! Her moves offer the perfect balance of effortlessness and precision, especially during the second verse of ‘Rockstar.’ There’s so much potential for fun dance challenges to go viral online!
