Our favorite Arizona emo group, The Maine has announced 8123 Fest 2025! Mark your calendars and book your travel arrangements now because Fest 2025 is happening January 17th and 18th, 2025 in Mesa, Arizona! 8123 bundles are on sale now with other tickets to follow shortly. The lineup will be announced on September 9th and we can’t wait! But in the meantime, here are 5 things we’re manifesting for 8123 Fest 2025.
New Single
Don’t get us wrong. We’ve been vibing hard to their latest single, ‘Touch’ But they released ‘Numb Without You’ before Fest 2019 and the iconic ‘Loved You A Little’ before Fest 2022. So, we’ve kind of learned to expect a new single release and we’re hoping that they continue the tradition.
Themed Drinks
The Maine always has fun signature cocktails and we can’t wait to see what’s on the menu for next year. Last Fest, Sticky Cider made its debut! We’ve been missing the honey lemonade cider ever since. Another fun addition would be TM themed mocktails. Sober people should also have fun themed drinks.
Taylor Swift Themed Afterparty
Last summer, they released a cover of ‘Cruel Summer’ and our worlds collided. Here’s our reasoning: their Sweet Sixteen Tour was essentially just The Eras Tour (The Maine’s version). And last Fest, they had a Harry Styles themed afterparty. The Swiftie-8123 overlap is strong. So we could see it happening.
A Forever Halloween B-Side Track Makes It On A Setlist
As much as we’re stoked to hear American Candy live, we’re mourning the loss of Forever Halloween. Here at THP, we are Forever Halloween stans. The FH b-sides are so incredibly important to us. When we get to hear ‘Ice Cave’ live, we know we’ve won. At the XOXO pre-show last Fest, we finally got justice for ‘So Criminal.’ While we’d be incredibly stoked to hear any b-side, we’d be lying if we weren’t rooting for ‘Ugly On The Inside.’
American Candy Repress
Their beloved 2014 album, American Candy turned 10 this year. Where has the time gone?! Since they announced a pre-show where they’re playing it (and their self-titled album) in full, a repress makes sense. It’s what the people want!
