“Billie Eilish only whispers” was our favorite myth of 2024, and with the release of HIT ME HARD AND SOFT, she proved everyone wrong. Our girl has been performing live for over eight years, and throughout those years, we’ve been accumulating our favorite live vocal performances. Even though we could definitely list more than 23, here are 23 of Billie’s best live performances, from the beginning with OG fave,  ‘b**ches broken hearts,’ to now with pop perfection, ‘BIRDS OF A FEATHER.’

Saturday Night Live 2024, ‘BIRDS OF A FEATHER’

No matter how many times we listen to it, ‘BIRDS OF A FEATHER’ is going to hit every.single.time. There might not be a better pop song than this, and Billie’s recent performance at SNL was to die for. We loved the subtle showcase of her Converse collection as well as seeing Finneas up there with her! ‘BIRDS OF A FEATHER’ stans, this one is for you.

Amazon Songline 2024, ‘L’AMOUR DE MA VIE’

For us, there are not many songs that could top ‘L’AMOUR DE MA VIE.’ Getting an entire acoustic set? We instantly started crying. Thanks to Amazon Music’s Songline, we can watch our favorite girl sing our favorite song over and over and over again. What could be better?

Lollapalooza Chicago 2023, ‘What Was I Made For?’

Festive Billie is our favorite Billie! This performance is super special because it was Billie’s first time singing WWIMF live. Per usual, she crushed it! Even though we didn’t get a chance to attend Lollapalooza last year, we’ll still hold onto this special performance forever.

COLORS, ‘WILDFLOWER’

You can never go wrong with a COLORS acoustic performance! ‘WILDFLOWER’ is one of those songs from HIT ME HARD AND SOFT that just hits us right in the heart. We love this performance because you can hear, feel, and see Billie’s passion pouring out of her the entire time.

Montreal’s Osheaga 2023, ‘BILLIE EILISH’ By Armani White

This might be cheating because, technically, this is not Billie’s song, but this performance changed our lives. When Billie surprised the crowd with Armani White to sing ‘BILLIE EILISH,’ we went feral from our living room couches. To this day, we continue to watch and re-watch this performance to boost serotonin.

Oscars 2022, ‘No Time To Die’

James Bond x Billie Eilish!? We’ll always say yes to that. Right before winning her very first Oscar, Billie performed ‘No Time To Die’, hitting that iconic high note we all know and love. Whenever we need to feel like a complete bad a**, we turn on this performance!

‘Billie Bossa Nova’ Official Live Performance

Although ‘Billie Bossa Nova’ did not get an official music video, this live performance makes us just as happy. It’s one of our favorite songs from Happier Than Ever, and deserves all the hype! We love the sensual, light, and dreamy way Billie sings this song, and it definitely lives rent-free in our minds.

Coachella 2022, ‘NDA’

The girls that get it, get it. ‘NDA’ is the hive’s favorite Billie song live, and we’re so glad she kept in on the HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR setlist. Coachella 2022 was one for the history books, and we especially loved Billie’s choice to bring backup dancers on stage with her. We hope that she’ll do more live performances with dancers in the future!

Electric Ballroom 2023, ‘When The Party’s Over’ Featuring boygenius

If you had the opportunity to catch this performance live in person, we are completely envious of you. This one-night-only intimate performance in London shaped us into the people we are today, even though we weren’t even there. So many iconic Billie moments happened at the Electric Ballroom, including this performance of ‘when they party’s over’ with boygenius. Iconic, right?

64th Annual GRAMMY Awards, ‘Happier Than Ever’

Nothing could have prepared us for this performance. ‘Happier Than Ever’ puts us in full rage mode, and this performance from the GRAMMYs fully brought us there (in the best way possible). Now every time we stream this song, we always think about this performance. We can’t wait to see if Billie will perform at the GRAMMYs in 2025!

The Late Show With Stephen Colbert 2021, ‘Your Power’

Get ready for the waterworks. This performance will have you down bad by the time it’s over, so don’t say we didn’t warn you. ‘Your Power’ is one of our favorite acoustic Billie songs, and this performance with Finneas on The Late Show just makes it that much more special to us.

LA28 Olympic Handover 2024, ‘BIRDS OF A FEATHER’

Billie Eilish officially owns the 2028 Olympics. Can she sing for us every time the Olympics happens? This rendition of ‘BIRDS OF A FEATHER’ truly gives us the confidence to wake up every morning and get our day started. Without this performance, we probably wouldn’t be the hive you know and love today. Who wouldn’t want Billie serenading them all the time, 24/7, all day, every day?

Global Citizen Power Our Planet, ‘Everything I Wanted’

We’re not crying, you are! ‘Everything i wanted’ holds such a special place in our fangirl hearts, and hearing it live on the HIT ME HARD AND SOFT tour was the highlight of our year. We hope this track never leaves the setlist! We know that Billie has so much love for the planet, and when she performed this for Global Citizen’s Power Our Planet in Paris, we know it must have meant so much for her, just like it meant so much to us.

GRAMMYs 2020, ‘When The Party’s Over’

If there is one singular Billie live performance that has stuck with us throughout the years, it has to be this one. We remember watching this live in 2020 and immediately sobbing giant tears. Right after this, Billie won her first five GRAMMY awards and we couldn’t have been more proud of her!

COLORS, ‘I Don’t Wanna Be You Anymore’

Ok, time to cry again. Remember silver-hair Billie? We miss her so much! This was Billie’s first performance with COLORS, and it will go down in history as one of her best.

Singapore’s Cloud Forest, ‘TV’

We can’t be the only ones who remember this performance! We think about the song ‘TV’ all the time, and this performance is always the first to come to mind. We love that it was filmed in Singapore’s Cloud Forest, as the setting is just as beautiful as the song itself!

Coachella 2023, ‘Never Felt So Alone’

Ask any Billie stan, and they will all tell you the same thing. This is Billie’s best live performance. Ever. When we saw this moment happening in real time on our Coachella livestream last year, we about melted away. To have been there to witness this iconic moment in person would have been amazing and the ultimate fangirl bucket list moment!

Vevo LIFT Live Sessions, ‘Bellyache’

When we all fall asleep, where do we go? We don’t know, but what we do know is we are obsessed with this live performance of ‘bellyache!’ Here in the hive we will never get tired of hearing ‘bellyache’ performed live, and this performance from the OG Billie days is certainly no exception!

One World: Together At Home, ‘Sunny’

The world seemed to stop during COVID, but that didn’t mean Billie stopped performing! She and Finneas gave us this stunning performance of ‘Sunny’ by Bobby Hebb from their living room, and we instantly fell in love with it. Anytime Billie covers a song that isn’t hers we always get so excited!

Vevo LIFT Live Session, ‘B****es Broken Hearts’

Did you really think we’d forget this one? We’re traveling back in time here, but that doesn’t make it less iconic! Today, fans don’t get to hear ‘b****es broken hearts’ as often anymore, but when she does perform it live, it’s always a special moment for fans who have been here since the beginning.

The Howard Stern Show, ‘When The Party’s Over’

If there’s one thing we will do, it’s scream ‘when the party’s over’’s praises to the rooftop! Whenever Billie sings this song live we transcend into another dimension. We especially love how intimate this setting is and of course, how great Billie’s vocals sound.

Austin City Limits, ‘You Should See Me In A Crown’

Austin City Limits is always home for iconic Billie moments! This performance will go down in Billie’s live performance history – nothing beats hearing ‘you should see me in a crown’ live! We love her ability to control the crowd and make everyone jump and mosh.

Coachella 2024, ‘Ocean Eyes’ And ‘Video Games’

Just about everyone and their mother died when Lana Del Rey brought Billie out during this year’s Coachella set. Lana and Billie linking up to create magical musical moments is nothing new, but we have to admit, this mash-up of ‘Ocean Eyes’ and ‘Video Games’ is the most beautiful thing we’ve ever heard. It definitely brought us to tears and continues to do so each time we watch it (which is pretty often).
