It is simply iconic, and truer words have never been spoken before. There’s nothing more powerful than a woman taking control of her narrative.

Do you know what we get when we listen to this song? Oxytocin, flooding in our brains and bodies. The beat is so good that we can’t help but start to dance along to the song the second it begins to play. ‘Oxytocin’ makes you really feel yourself and the beats and music are sexy. Eilish’s voice transitioning to a higher pitch gives the song a perfect cathartic, sexy vibe. We will not go into detail about the lyrics but all we will say is, do not play this around your parents or family members. It is, however, the perfect song to dance along to at the club under the flashing lights.

‘my future‘ starts off as a slow ballad and transitions into a funky beat. This song made our list because it encapsulates the situation where you have to leave someone behind because they are toxic for you and your future. Eilish talks about leaving a toxic person behind in her life and not letting them back in even though she is lonely because she knows she will fall into their trap again. And she cannot do that to herself, or her future self, because she loves them too much. Perfect breakup song with the right amount of self-awareness and self-love, right?

‘Therefore I Am‘ is the second most listened-to song on Happier Than Ever for a reason. We just had to include this one. The song trended on TikTok in 2022, with over 1.7M videos uploaded with the sound!
‘Therefore I Am’ is, yet, another song on Billie Eilish’s Happier Than Ever that is directed to the haters and critics Eilish interacts with on a daily basis. What makes it different from ‘Not My Responsibility’ is, of course, that this is not a spoken interlude but Eilish singing. But this song is also different in the sense that Eilish tells the haters to stop speaking about her because they do not know her. That’s just the truth, isn’t it?

The self-titled track. ‘Happier Than Ever.’ When we first listened to this song, we did not expect the build-up and release. ‘Happier Than Ever’ is the most listened-to song in Billie Eilish’s Happier Than Ever. It is the song, in our opinion, to scream along to. And Eilish agrees.
“This song is the most therapeutic song I’ve ever written. I screamed my lungs out when we recorded this song. I’ve wanted to get those screams out for a long time.”

Us too, Billie. Us too. ‘Happier Than Ever’ is so angsty and cathartic that it is the number one song we have on repeat from Happier Than Ever. We can only imagine how many people in the world sang this song in their bedroom, dedicating the solo performance to their good-for-nothing ex (we know we did).
