Okay, real talk—if you’ve ever paused the Winx Club intro to seriously consider your fairy form (Magic Winx? Enchantix era? Full Sirenix seafoam princess?), Zara Larsson just looked at that debate and said, “why choose?” As the first person to embody all three in live action, our Midnight Sun girlie is out here collecting fairy forms like they’re limited edition, and she’s got early access. Form one? The Winx Club collab that sent her shimmering into cartoon dimension while the fairies found their inner pop princess and the ocean wept with joy.
Forms two and three? The ‘Blue Moon’ music video, dropping this week as a presumably final, utterly sparkling love letter to this era. Charlotte Rutherford—the woman behind some of Little Mix and Charli XCX’s most iconic music video visuals—directed, and she packed it with everything: a Beyoncé nod to the Crystal Geyser mineral water commercial, gorgeous callbacks to an era that took Zara from whispered icon to full-blown it-girl, the kind whose style guide is currently being screenshotted and shared by girls who feel like they just washed up on a magical shoreline and somehow landed perfectly.
So, we’re digging into all three forms because, apparently, we can be everything! But we still need to decide which one we want to be first, you know?
Enchantix
Perhaps you came in slightly later—conveniently timed with the global ‘Lush Life’ dance phenomenon, when everyone and their gemstone-adorned mothers decided their life’s purpose was nailing those moves, rhythm optional. Zara is our Shakira: the standard exists; replication is not the point. Enchantix—season three’s crowning fairy form achievement, the level-up that skips the glitter-bomb phase entirely because you were never going to be caught unprepared—arrived via Faragonda’s very important meet-cute with the Alfea fairies, who were promptly handed guardianship of the entire fairy world as if it were perfectly casual. Zara honors this accordingly in the ‘Blue Moon’ music video: launched into the sky, shimmering through the galaxy, then shrinking back down to earth—because being small has never once stopped her, or you, from reducing a crocodile to heart eyes on command.

Sirenix
Aquamarine calling—there’s another blonde mermaid on the seashell phone, and honestly, we’re beside ourselves. Sirenix is the folklore of the Winx world, and if anyone’s leaving a trail of mermaid tails through those oceans, it’s you. King Triton wishes he had your power. Your siren allure alone is enough to stop the tide, and yes, the starfish on your string bikini is doing a lot of heavy lifting. Soapy, magnetic, and somewhere out there deploying those vocals with devastating precision—someone really ought to warn the cowboy you’re already in his truck, for those rare moments you surface from treasure hunting at the bottom of the sea.
Magic Winx
Mysticism? Already had it handled. VENUS? You were streaming it before being a fan of Zara was a personality trait—though the Midnight Sun crop does suggest you’re keeping up just fine. Weekends find you airborne in your fairy wings, deep in the sparkly company of Bloom and Flora, somewhere between a nature communion and sketching dragons into actual living existence, because apparently that’s just what you do. For this gorgeous form, Zara both showed up as a cartoon fairy and as a live-action one in a glowing yellow-orange ombre, and as far as you’re both concerned, there is no such thing as too many flowers in your hair.
You’re cordially invited to the nymph garden party—‘Blue Moon’ provided; enchantment is your own responsibility. Flit over to our socials (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) to reveal your inner Zara Larsson fairy, though we’d be lying if we said we expected you to leave without getting lost in the touring content. Our glittering, gloriously ‘Stateside’ songstress is currently mid-Midnight Sun tour in Australia, and honestly, you deserve to watch every second of it.
