Fresh Music Friday is here, and we have the ultimate lineup for you! Let’s get right into it!
Cloe Wilder – ‘Remember Me’
‘Remember Me’ is such a soft, beautiful look into how Cloe looks back at her childhood, something that she says she doesn’t usually write about. The first time we heard ‘Remember Me,’ we were instantly transported back to hearing early Billie Eilish tracks for the first time, Cloe has that same raw talent and sound that just captivates listeners, and that is going to take her far.

QUIETLOVE – ‘Honest’
By now, you guys are well aware of what big fans we are of QUIETLOVE! With each release of his, you can truly see so much artistic growth and can see him finding his sound, it’s a beautiful thing to witness and one of our favorite things about covering rising artists! ‘Honest’ is QUIETLOVE’s latest single and may just be our favorite track so far in his catalog! This track feels very inspired by 2000s pop in the absolute best way, we can’t get enough!

Carly Simon – Live at Grand Central
Carly Simon is a legend. Every time you hear a modern-day breakup song, just know ‘You’re So Vain’ paved the way! This Live at Grand Central album showcases beautifully what an otherworldly talent Carly Simon is. Our favorite of the tracks has to be ‘We Have No Secrets.’

Arden Alexa – ‘Strawberry Pie’
One thing we will always love here on Fresh Music Friday is a breakup song that doesn’t feel too heavy and that we can just have fun with! That’s where Arden Alexa with ‘Strawberry Pie’ comes in! Arden has managed to create a song perfect for listening to while grieving a relationship that makes us want to jump around our room singing instead of crying in bed. That’s a beautiful thing.

charlieonafriday – ‘That’s What I Get’
We have loved charlieonafriday here on Fresh Music Friday since first hearing ‘After Hours,’ and ‘That’s What I Get’ is following suit with being another perfect song to play on a night out. We honestly couldn’t imagine our pre-game playlists without charlieonafriday making an appearance (and now two!)

JORDY – ‘Story of a Boy’
Nostalgia is one of the great human weaknesses, so it makes complete sense that this re-imagination of ‘Absolutely (Story of a Girl)’ is right up our alley! ‘Story of a Boy’ was a genius idea on JORDY’s part, as we will now be singing this track at the top of our lungs whenever it comes on.
JORDY is releasing his next album, Boy, which we can expect in April, and this single has got us even more excited!

Sam MacPherson – ‘Play Dumb’
It’s not a Fresh Music Friday article without a song that makes us want to cry in the shower, and Sam MacPherson has delivered just that! ‘Play Dumb’ is a triumph lyrically and vocally and is such a vulnerable look at Sam. We can easily see us looking back at the point next year and having Sam MacPherson being a pillar in the singer-songwriter genre.

Dasha – Dirty Blonde
This is not a drill!! We’ve got a new Dasha album, Dirty Blonde, to geek out over! ‘When I’m Naked,’ after a solid ten listens all the way through the record, has to be our favorite track. This seventeen-track album could easily turn anyone into a Dasha fan, she’s making genuinely stellar pop music at a level that deserves the attention of the masses.

This track has a backing track that just keeps building and hyping you up while also having incredibly deep lyrics that prove Cade has a unique relationship with his pen. We are now complete Cade Hoppe stans!
