The song has a country vibe with fiddles in the background and slow guitar, with Colbie singing about a past relationship that went through so many troubles and problems, but in the end it was…. well… worth it! We are absolutely obsessed with the chorus on how nostalgic it feels and how smooth Colbie Caillat’s voice is. We are also in love with the music video, with how simple and minimalistic the videography is, with the beautiful Colbie leaning against a car singing about that past romance then walking around the hill in the background while a couple is playing catch. Okay, we admit it, we are just so obsessed with Colbie Caillat everything she does is perfect whether she likes it or not!
‘Worth It’ marks Colbie’s first solo track since The Malibu Sessions in 2016, and not to mention with this single, a new album is on the way, and we can’t wait for its release! After having over 15 billion streams under her belt, she best be prepared to have so many more with not only the single but the album too! More GRAMMYs we say? We just can’t wait for what comes next!
