The wait is finally over, Rockstars! After years of teasing (and pleading), we finally have ‘WHAT THE HELL’ for our listening pleasure. A song many jxdn fans have been waiting for since 2022, ‘WHAT THE HELL,’ was worth the wait. Many of us have screamed this at the top of our lungs at his shows… or watched live versions on YouTube to fill the void and thought about the person that makes us think, “What the h*ll?” In celebration of the release, five fictional couples probably felt the same!

Manny & Craig from Degrassi: The Next Generation
“You left me there ’cause you felt like you could trust me.”
T-O-X-I-C… toxic! Manny and Craig gave their relationship several tries, always leaving our girl heartbroken and disappointed. Whether it was making you the “other woman” only to turn around and have feelings for someone else (or blame you for the dr*gs in the house,) Craig Manning was cute, but he wasn’t a man you could trust.
Brooke & Lucas from One Tree Hill
“I know you saw that secret I can’t hide.”
Even diehard Brucas shippers know that Brooke deserved better (even we can’t help but ship them!) While Brooke had an open heart, Lucas liked keeping his feelings and affair with her best friend… a secret. We still can’t help but tear up when we hear the words, “Why can’t you just let me all the way in?”
Elena & Damon from The Vampire Diaries
“I’m only being myself, and it’s letting you down.”
It’s no secret that Damon made mistakes. Countless, actually. But at the end of the day, he was always unapologetically himself. He never tried to be someone he wasn’t – even if that was a bloodthirsty vampire. So, we do not doubt that this is the line Damon would relate to most.
Jade & Beck from Victorious
“What the h*ll did I do now?”
While the ups and downs of his and Jade’s relationship left fans stressed, it was obvious that they cared deeply about each other. Through thick and thin, they persevered, but oftentimes, when fights would happen, Beck was the one feeling this line to his core.
The Album
With the release of ‘WHAT THE HELL,’ we got an incredible music video (seriously… look at him!) and learned a little more about his sophomore album. WHEN THE MUSIC STOPS will come out on June 28, a very special day for all of us Rockstars, and will feature 17 tracks! This album has been coming for a long time, and it’s obvious that jxdn has put his heart and soul into this project.
I questioned myself, I questioned my music, and I questioned life and its purpose. And through all that, I heard faint sounds ever so often that resembled a beautiful melody. They guided me through the silence back to the place I call home – the music. Keep listening, Keep holding on to tomorrow. Especially when you don’t hear anything anymore. Especially when the music stops. This one’s for. This one’s for you. This one’s for us.
