Bring Me The Horizon just dropped their new single ‘sTrAnGeRs‘ from their fourth EP from the POST HUMAN series. The first installment in this series, Post Human: Survival Horror, was released back in 2020 and debuted at No. 1 on the UK Album Chart!
There are so many reasons why we’ve always been huge BMTH fans here at THP. One huge reason is because of the way they consistently talk about mental health whenever they see the opportunity. The narrative for the ‘sTrAnGeRs’ music video was created by stories fans submitted anonymously to the band. In addition, they’re also using these stories to create short clips and visuals that we’ve slowly been getting!

In a recent conversation about the new song, Oli Sykes said “as soon as the lyric ‘we’re just a room full of strangers’ came it took on such a deeper double meaning – how it would feel to be performing it live as that’s what it is(…)All strangers connecting on this mad level(…)and that it was like rehab(…)Coming out of lockdown and the pandemic, everyone is recovering from something and I’m so aware that so many people struggle daily with differing traumas, and just wanted to stress that they’re not in this alone(…)and we’re a community here to help each other”.
Shows To Make Us Feel Our Hearts
It’s no secret that Bring Me The Horizon has this way about bringing us the best shows we could possibly ever dream of. They literally continue to create the standard for metalcore shows in the scene. Now, we find out they’re bringing this lesson in how metalcore is done to NYC?! If you’re already doing something on September 24th, cancel it. Seriously, we’ve got a mosh pit at Barclays Center with our name on it! And make sure you pick another date off their fall tour to catch, every BMTH show is worth seeing twice! Or you know, five, six, or seven times…you know we would never lie to you, so trust us on this one!
