We are kicking off Fresh Music Friday with a familiar voice, Eden Rain! Eden Rain has such a unique and distinct voice that draws us in even further with each new track. ‘Bed’ comes along with the news that we are finally getting an EP in May! If ‘Bed’ is any indicator of the sound we are going to get out of Gutter Vision, then we simply can’t wait for the EP’s release.

American Authors – Best Night of My Life
American Authors has already given us ‘Best Day of My Life,’ so it’s only right that with a new era comes Best Night of My Life. This record is ten tracks of pure joy! From ‘Same Bed’ to ‘Best Night of My Life,’ we couldn’t help but smile the entire listening session. If American Authors isn’t a band your keeping tabs on, that needs to change immediately.

Daimy Lotus is a favorite here on Fresh Music Friday, and it’s because she’s making this incredible, punk-infused pop music. ‘Friends ;)’ is our favorite track so far that Daimy has released, which is high praise considering how we’ve gushed about her previous releases!

Crash Adams – ‘California Girl’
It’s official, you guys, we have found one of the songs of the summer! ‘California Girl’ by our new favorite duo, Crash Adams, is giving us the exact serotonin jolt we need to get through the rest of winter to a more sun-soaked time.
Since our first listen to ‘California Girl,’ we haven’t been able to turn the record off. This is definitely a high point of 2023 (so far) releases for us!

Niall Horan – ‘Heaven’
IT’S HAPPENING!!
We have new Niall Horan music and no part of us is able to remain calm! We are kicking off this brand new Niall era with ‘Heaven,’ and we have to admit, this song is in our top five solo Niall tracks. We know!! That’s awfully high praise, but it’s warranted! You can tell that Niall is truly making the music that feels most honest to him, and that’s all we could want from someone who’s been a pillar in our lives for over a decade.

Icona Pop Ft. Galantis – ‘I Want You’
Did you guys have any doubt that a song from Icona Pop and Galantis was going to be anything other than a club anthem? Both of these artists excel in making music that just makes us feel good, and makes us want to dance and forget about everything else going on in life.
We can picture it now: drink in hand, dancing probably offbeat, but listening to this absolute bop and happy as ever in some club. That is how our summer will go.

Billy Lockett – Abington Grove
Billy Lockett, you will always be famous!
Abington Grove is a triumph of an album! Coming in at twelve tracks, this record feels so perfectly constructed. We can’t imagine a single track not being here, from incredible vocals to stellar production and lyrics that cut deep, Abington Grove checks every box. ‘Sushi’ is our standout track – genuinely, we just keep going back to listen again and again.

Nessa Barrett – ‘BANG BANG!’
Our girl, Nessa Barrett, is back with ‘BANG BANG!’ and it is indeed a banger. No pun intended! We love this subgenre of pop music that is somewhere between punk-alt pop – some of the best music exists within this realm. Nessa Barrett is going to be one of the mainstays in pop music over the next several years, that’s a promise. Her talent, drive, and willingness to explore different styles of music are going to make sure of that.

Bebe Rexha – ‘Heart Wants What It Wants’
Bebe Rexha never misses, she’s just continuously cranking out hits. ‘Heart Wants What It Wants’ is a reminder that pop music is alive and well. This track is now a highlight in Bebe’s discography for us. The dream-like verses with a chorus that makes us want to be on a dance floor… that’s something only Bebe can achieve.
