Just like you, we have been fans of Leon Thomas since the Victorious days, so seeing that years later, he is putting out music of this caliber just warms our hearts. Electric Dusk is a debut album unlike any other, taking us through an R&B emotional roller coaster. Every end of the spectrum of love and heartbreak is displayed in these tracks. Our favorite of which being ‘My Will.’

Calum Scott – ‘At Your Worst’
Calum Scott is one of those artists that we could listen to sing the phone book and still be blown away by his talent. ‘At Your Worst’ sounds like almost a completely new endeavor for Calum Scott; it’s a bit more upbeat while still having lyrics that just hit us right in the gut. The message of still being worthy of love, even ‘At Your Worst’ is something that so many of us need to hear.

CHVRCHES – ‘MANHATTAN’
Let’s face it: CHVRCHES never fails. Every new musical endeavor from this group is somehow a one-up from the last; they really do just keep getting better. Their debut album, The Bons Of What You Believe, is a record that we still have on a loop! And lucky for us, and all of you, they are releasing a 10th Anniversary Special Edition on October 13th! ‘Manhattan’ is a sneak peek at the new material we can expect, so you know this is going to be good!

Thomas Day – ‘Gravity’
Thomas Day is a longtime favorite here at The Honey POP!, so you know we have to show up to support a new release! ‘Gravity,’ even though it’s just been released, is already well on its way to becoming one of our favorite Thomas Day songs so far; it’s that good! Thomas Day is such a special artist, who we can truly see blowing up to the heights of fellow singer-songwriters like Shawn Mendes.

Ever since Katie Gregson-MacLeod released ‘complex,’ we have been entranced by her songwriting abilities. She just understands human emotion in a way that is rare. ‘Your Ex’ taps right back into that. That feeling of not knowing if you’re about to see the person you’re still wrapped up in move on with someone else.
