This one came out earlier this month, but we’re absolutely obsessed with this track featuring Sean Mackin of Yellowcard. If you didn’t know, Lé Tired is Cove Reber of SAOSIN and Dead American, Joey Bradford of The Used, and Kyle Rosa of Atreyu and Dead American. ‘Far Out’ is an absolute banger and we wouldn’t expect anything less from these iconic musicians.

Marina City — ‘I’m So Broke’
The first new release of the week is from alt-pop band, Marina City with their new single, ‘I’m So Broke.’ Their latest track features powerful beats with catchy, relatable lyrics that will make you want to listen to it on repeat. We love The Wldlfe here at The Honey POP! We were so hyped when they kicked off their new era with ‘What If You Change?’ They just released another single and we’re obsessed. ‘Turtleneck’ is an upbeat track that will easily get stuck in your head with its insanely catchy lyrics. Be sure to pre-order and pre-save Heaven is a place which drops on August 16th.

BOYS LIKE GIRLS, Said The Sky — ‘Hold My Breath’
We absolutely love Said The Sky and when they collab with any of our other faves, we know it’s going to be a banger and ‘Hold My Breath’ is no exception. We’re obsessed with the juxtaposition of the track. It’s sonically upbeat, but lyrically a _. As always, STS songs go hard, but its lyrics are very much BOYS LIKE GIRLS and it’s a sad one. We’re not sure whether we should dance or cry, tbh. BLG is also going on tour this summer with Grayscale, so be sure to get tickets!

As you know, Meet Me @ The Altar is one of our favorite pop punk bands. Not only is their original music amazing, but so are their covers. This time they covered The Jonas Brothers‘ ‘Sucker’ The bar is high when it comes to this catchy and iconic song, but MM@TA truly makes ‘Sucker’ their own by adding their pop punk flair. We never thought we’d want to mosh to ‘Sucker,’ but we do if Meet Me @ The Altar is performing it. Speaking of seeing them live, they’re currently on tour, so be sure to catch one of their shows!
