Our 10 Dream KATSEYE Collaborations

KATSEYE is all anyone can talk about. Our favorite girls, Daniela, Lara, Sophia, Yoonchae, Manon, and Megan, have been completely dominating the industry these past few months with the release of their EP Beautiful Chaos. We’ve been obsessed with their recent hit, ‘Gabriela,’ and when we heard there was a remix coming out with Young Miko, we knew it would be an instant hit in our playlists. This got us thinking about what our dream KATSEYE collaborations would be…

Jealous of their mansion? Yes, yes we are. 

Young Miko – ‘Gabriela (Young Miko Remix)’

This collab came as a complete surprise, and it was definitely a dream come true! Young Miko is one of those artists who never fails to make the best songs, and now she’s done it again with KATSEYE. ‘Gabriela’ highlights Spanish-speaking member Daniela, so it was only natural that another Spanish-speaking artist hopped on this. If you don’t know who Young Miko is, take this as your sign to become a fan immediately!

Adéla – ‘Mean Girls’

One of our favorite girls from Dream Academy has got to be Adéla. Her solo career has quickly taken off, and now is the perfect time for her to collaborate with her besties in KATSEYE. We could see Adéla hopping on ‘Mean Girls’ and crushing those mean girl rumors! ‘Why don’t we ask the crowd?’ What do you think about this collab?

Tate McRae – ‘M.I.A’

There’s something about KATSEYE that just gives Tate McRae energy. She would absolutely eat up a remix of ‘M.I.A’ with the girls. Imagine the choreography?! Someone make this a reality….please!

Addison Rae – ‘Tonight I Might’

Addison Rae’s infectious energy matches perfectly with KATSEYE’s. This collab is a no-brainer, and we think Addison, Megan, Sofia, Lara, Yoonchae, Manon, and Daniela would be the best of friends. We could see Addison jumping on ‘Tonight I Might’ with her sultry vocals and endearing lyricism.

Doja Cat – ‘Gameboy’

Yeah, this collaboration is absolutely ‘Gnarly!’ Doja Cat is one of those artists who has some of the best features and remixes out there. ’34+35′ remix with Ariana Grande? Banger. ‘Kiss Me More’ with SZA? Banger. ‘In Your Eyes’ with The Weeknd? Banger. Now, it’s time for KATSEYE to steal the show with Doja Cat. We think she’d be the perfect addition to ‘Gameboy.’

Rosalía – ‘Debut’

Young Miko’s remix of ‘Gabriela’ inspired us to choose Rosalía for our next pick. Between the performance quality and choreography skills of both KATSEYE and Rosalía, there’s no doubt that this would be a performance of a lifetime! We could see Rosalía in a song like ‘Debut’ simply because of the iconic choreography and catchy lyrics.

Fifth Harmony – ‘Gnarly’

This is definitely considered a dream collaboration since Fifth Harmony is no longer making music. However, there have been rumblings on the internet that the iconic ‘Sledgehammer’ girl group is coming back together. Two of our favorite girl groups uniting would make us so happy! We know that Ice Spice already ate up a ‘Gnarly’ with KATSEYE, but it couldn’t hurt to throw another remix in there. Who do you think would have a better remix, Fifth Harmony or Ice Spice?

FLO – ‘My Way’

To keep the good girl group vibes going, we have to throw our girls FLO into the mix! We’re actually surprised this collab hasn’t happened yet. FLO is all about empowering listeners and giving that girl-boss energy we all need. ‘My Way’ is the perfect song for Renée, Jorja, and Stella to hop on.

Zara Larsson – ‘I’m Pretty’

Zara Larsson is finally getting her flowers! We’ve been mega Zara fans since the start, but now that she’s all anyone can talk about, we needed to add her to this list of iconic popstars. We could see her doing a beautiful verse on ‘I’m Pretty’ and then following it up with a crazy production breakdown that she’s known for. Is this a remix you would listen to?

Victoria Monét – ‘Touch’

Finally, you know we needed to add Miss Victoria Monét to this list. ‘Touch’ is just too special a song not to have someone just as special on a feature or remix. Victoria Monét just makes sense, and we know she’d love to eat up the iconic ‘Touch’ choreography as well!
