Here’s Why It’s Not ‘Hard To Love’ Sam Fischer

Sam Fischer Hard To Love

Heading into the holiday season, instead of munching on a chocolate advent calendar, we’re unwrapping a musical one packed with fresh new tracks in the lead-up to Christmas. And kicking things off is Sam Fischer, dropping his highly anticipated album I Love You, Please Don’t Hate Me on Friday, the first of December. So, consider it the first door on our musical advent calendar. Lucky for us, Sam has done some early gift-giving with the release of his latest single, ‘Hard To Love,’ complete with a music video. So, to celebrate this early release and prepare for the album drop, here’s why it’s not ‘Hard To Love’ Sam Fischer.

Lyrics Full Of Brutal Realism And Self-Reflection.

‘Hard To Love’ takes us on a journey into Sam’s psyche in the form of a beautiful ballad that plays out against a soft piano backdrop. The confessional style of lyrics creates a reflective track that resonates with the universal struggles we all face in the pursuit of love and life in general.

Lyrics like: “I try to change, but it’s hard to change” and “Please don’t give up on me when I’m hard to love” are gut-wrenching and truly heartbreaking. Yet, we feel totally inspired. There’s rarely a time we admit these things, but Sam opens up about the world and his emotions in this delicate song, which has listeners reflecting on their own.

Sam’s Story

Beyond Sam Fischer’s incredible music, strong vocals, and genuine storytelling, another reason it’s not ‘Hard To Love’ Sam is his story. It’s easy to overlook the hurdles our favorite celebrities face in their journey to success. And that leads us to Sam’s story. He battled a great heartache after chasing his dream and setting off to LA with the promise of a recording contract, only for this to be pulled away. After some time, he caught his big break with the single ‘This City,’ and honestly, we can’t think of anyone more deserving.

Looking Forward To I Love You, Please Don’t Hate Me

We’re anticipating nothing but greatness from Sam Fischer’s upcoming album, and considering ‘Hard To Love’ is just a taster, we’re pretty confident it’s going to be spectacular. On the first of December, Sam will release his forthcoming album, I Love You, Please Don’t Hate Me. And he will also be taking to the stage across LA and NYC in early December. What’s hard to love about that?
