We all know about the iconic songs 3RACHA has written for Stray Kids, and songs from their pre-debut mixtapes are nothing short of iconic, like ‘Matryoshka,’ ‘Runner’s High,’ and even ‘WOW.’ However, 3RACHA‘s discography is full of gems, and here are some you may not know, may have forgotten about, and certainly deserve to know.
‘건들지마 (Don’t Touch Me)’
3RACHA may have three mixtapes available for us to listen to on SoundCloud, but unfortunately, since 2017, some songs were deleted – and ‘Don’t Touch Me’ is one of them. ‘Don’t Touch Me’ is an upbeat, hype, addictive song full of confidence and sass. It has a similar energy to those Stray Kids‘ tracks where they don’t hold back like ‘Bounce Back.’ ‘Don’t Touch Me’ may not be on SoundCloud officially anymore, but it deserves to remain in everyone’s playlists.
‘Subway Pt. II’
3RACHA‘s discography is all about hip-hop and rap, which leads to upbeat songs and fire raps, but not always. ‘Subway Pt. II’ is a luring song with a more chill vibe, with satisfying rap verses and beautiful melodies, all tied together with a sample of J. Cole’s ‘Cole Summer.’ This song shows 3RACHA‘s rap styles in another light and remains unique to this day. On top of that, ‘Subway Pt. II’ is also one of their best moments lyrically as they use the image of the subway to embody a path and complexity of life.
‘Wallet Room’
Another deleted song we are firm believers no one should forget about. ‘Wallet Room’ is one more example of a chiller side to 3RACHA‘s discography. Each of the members’ raps are dynamic and distinctive, the production is genius, and the atmosphere the song creates is simply irreplicable. Side note: Bang Chan‘s ‘J.One, I know what you mean’ will always scratch the right side of our brain.
‘I SEE’
Even though ‘I SEE’ is a solo track by Han, it was uploaded as a 3RACHA song so it still counts. And everyone should definitely know about this song. ‘I SEE’ is a vulnerable and deeply personal song where Han raps about his experience chasing his dreams and the ups and downs of his path. Between the production, the lyrics full of hope, ambition, and pain, ‘I SEE‘ cannot be missed when discussing 3RACHA‘s pre-debut tracks. It was there to show Hanpop was going to change our lives.
‘Scene Stealers’
Composed of songs like ‘Hoodie Season,’ ‘Matryoshka,’ or even ‘P.A.C.E.,’ Horizon is 3RACHA‘s most talked about mixtape. And among those iconic songs, we have the gem that is ‘Scene Stealers.’ It isn’t the definition of underrated per se, but it is such a masterpiece that no matter the attention it gets, it will never be enough. ‘Scene Stealers’ has some of 3RACHA‘s most distinctive and unique flows, and it’s all tied together with a perfect concept and jazzy vibe. ‘Scene Stealers’ is a masterpiece and a great example of 3RACHA‘s genius even before debuting.
