What we weren’t expecting was a song as upbeat and faced paced as this?! The high-energy, fast sound had us all on our feet dancing. We promise it won’t let you down. It’s the perfect song if you need a pick me up – it tells us to embrace life and take it all head-on as we only have one shot! ‘It’s Your Time’ is also the perfect party song, whether you’re throwing a one-man party or you’re hanging out with friends. Who cares? It’s perfect for every occasion, plus the message is something we could all do with hearing from time to time.
This song is about how you can wait your whole life for the right moment but the moment you have been waiting for is right now.

Even the music video wowed us! It’s simple in the sense that there aren’t a million different characters and faces to follow. The colors are beautiful and the imagery has all been pulled from different parts of the Jagwar Twin website, making the video feel slightly familiar already. It feels like you’re watching a group of friends play in a garage to a small crowd. Everyone’s just vibing and having fun, we can’t fault that.

Jagwar Twin has always been good at putting lovely little messages in his songs, and you can hear it quite prominently in songs like ‘Down To You’.
