Harry Styles Makes Waves During ‘Music For a Sushi Restaurant’

On October 27th, the music video for ‘Music For a Sushi Restaurant’ off of his third studio album, Harry’s House, premiered on YouTube. It was truly wild. The video stars Harry Styles in a different way than we’ve ever seen before.

If it wasn’t clear that it was Harry’s World and we are just living in it before, it is now. With the press around Don’t Worry Darling, My Policeman hitting theaters, and selling out arenas all over the world, who thought he could shock us even more? Well, he certainly has.

Some Twitter users went on to say that the video “changed lives,” while many others are confused about the direction the video took.

YouTube even commented on the video saying: at no point was I expecting to see Harry like this but I cannot look away.

What’s In The Video…

‘Music For a Sushi Restaurant’ opens up with three fishermen finding a beached Harry Styles merman squid hybrid. (We know, right?)

They immediately take him to the kitchen, where they intend to cook and serve him. Desperate to get out of this situation, Harry Styles starts to sing. The fishermen notice his talent and are quick to launch his career into fame. The workers who were once sharpening their knives are now serving him green tea, combing his hair, and painting his nails. Harry becomes the main attraction at Gill’s Sushi Restaurant, and crowds flock to see him perform.

However, as his voice begins to waver, the entire restaurant turns on him, treating him “like a piece of meat.” Gill returns to Gill’s Sushi and the music video comes to a close. Sushi anyone?
