We all know how much of all-rounders the members of Stray Kids are and I.N is no different. He has an extremely unique and recognizable voice that no one could imitate. And he makes every single song he touches special, not just because of his vocals but also the energy he brings and his incredible stage presence. If we had to narrow it down, here are five Stray Kids songs we think make I.N shine the most!
‘DOMINO’ (NOEASY, 2021)
I.N has an incredible stage presence: the facial expressions, the dancing, the energy – everything is there. Yet, there is something about ‘DOMINO’ that truly makes him pop off more than usual. The NOEASY b-side was performed several times at music shows, and every single time he ate it up. Watching any fancam from this song is simply a blast and lowkey the definition of what good stage presence is.
‘Astronaut’ (Clé: LEVANTER, 2019)
There’s something truly special about I.N‘s vocals. Not only he’s an incredible vocalist but sometimes you can even hear his smile through his singing – we’re not even joking, his charisma really pierces through everything. ‘Astronaut‘ is the perfect example of this. He starts the song and for as catchy as this entire song is: it is the part that gets stuck the most in your head. The song represents I.N’s cheerful and bright side the most.
‘CHEESE’ (NOEASY, 2021)
‘CHEESE’ is one of the most iconic songs out of Stray Kids’ second full-length album, NOEASY. Even before it was released, it caused so much noise. And it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that one of I.N’s parts is the killing part – even Stray Kids themselves agree. That counting before the second chorus is one of the most surprising parts of the song. And when they perform it live, the switch he does from his smile to a serious face when he says ‘cheese’ will always be iconic.
‘Get Cool’ (I am YOU, 2018)
The list wouldn’t be complete without this absolutely iconic song. I.N owned this song in every sense of the word. ‘Get Cool’ sits on the brighter more fun and cuter side of Stray Kids’ discography. And I.N ate it up. This is his song, there is no argument there. His stage presence, his energy, his dancing, and just how he starts off the song is perfect. ‘Get Cool‘ I.N you will always be famous.
‘Can’t Stop’ (MAXIDENT, 2022)
‘Can’t Stop’ is extra special as it is a song I.N personally worked on, writing the lyrics along with Seungmin. This is such a fun song. While the song isn’t a ballad focused solely on vocals, it does reflect extremely well the energy this duo has and highlights their unique vocal tones. The performance makes the song even better. And like, if you haven’t seen that clip of I.N dancing to ‘Can’t Stop‘ are you really on the Stay side of the internet? I.N is not only a great performer, but with songs like ‘Can’t Stop’ you can truly see just how much he loves it. He was born to be on stage.
