kenzie is full on destined to be a pop star, that’s clear with every song she’s put out so far! ‘close to you’ blends the best of kenzie with the best of ASTN so seamlessly, and has us fully convinced this partnership was always supposed to happen. Megan Moroney is an artist that we are all about to watch became one of the biggest country stars in the scene, and it’s with good reason. From the very first track she released, to now with ‘Indifferent’ she hasn’t released a single dud. Megan has mastered the art of blending traditional country storytelling with the modern sound of a more pop country approach, and we can’t get enough.

Spencer Sutherland – ‘Alive’
If Spencer Sutherland isn’t already on your radar, what are you doing? Run to Spotify right now, start with ‘Alive’ and then listen to everything else in his discography. Spencer is one of those artists that we often find ourselves recommending to anyone looking to find a new artist in the pop space. ‘Alive’ is larger than life and had us on a high for the entire duration.

Keith Urban – ‘GO HOME W U’ ft. Lainey Wilson
Keith Urban and feel good songs go together like peanut butter and jelly, so it’s no surprise that this upbeat new track with Lainey Wilson has already become a staple for us. Lainey Wilson and Keith Urban genuinely are a match made in country music heaven. We could easily go for an entire collab album.

Lukas Graham – ‘Cheat Code’
Lukas Graham has always been an artist we’ve had a deep respect for, and with each release that only grows and grows. Of course, like all of you, we first became aware of Lukas after ‘7 Years’ hit the airwaves but we have stayed on the ball, and the music has only gotten better! ‘Cheat Code’ came at the perfect time to help usher in this summer season, and we will be blasting it until further notice.

Sasha Alex Sloan – ‘Kids’
Well, ‘Kids’ definitely gave us our daily dose of tears! As Mother’s Day approaches for some of us this song completely has us in shambles reflecting on all that are parents have sacrificed for us, and how much we love them. It is, in our opinion, such a beautiful track, full of vulnerability. We are forever fans of Sasha Alex Sloan because of songwriting like you see on display here!

Alec Benjamin – ‘Sacrifice Tomorrow’
With Alec Benjamin‘s upcoming album just a week away, we find ourselves fully emersed in the tracks he’s released from 12 Notes so far, including of course, ‘Sacrifice Tomorrow.’ ‘Sacrifice Tomorrow’ is our favorite of the pre-album tracks so far, and we couldn’t be more sure that based on what we’ve heard so far that this album is going to become part of our daily listening rotation.

Meghan Trainor – ‘To The Moon’
We are SO close to the release of Timeless, and thankfully in the meantime Meghan Trainor is keeping us fed! ‘To The Moon‘ is the latest release, and if we weren’t already convinced we are about to hear the best album yet from one of our favorite artists, we are fully convinced now! Meghan is best known for making songs that get stuck in your head for days, and we have a feeling ‘To The Moon’ is going to be the next hit in her roster.

WILLOW – empathogen
We are ending this week’s round-up in the best way possible, with the newest WILLOW album! WILLOW is one of those once in a lifetime artists, someone who truly doesn’t place themselves within genre boundaries and who makes music that always makes us feel like we are experiencing a brand new sound. empathogen is a career highlight, and that is saying a lot, we found coming up with one favorite off of the record to be quite the task, but ‘the fear is not real’ is one that stuck out in our minds.
