SEVENTEEN are on their SEVENTEEN [Right Here] World Tour In U.S., and guess who just saw them for Day 1 in San Antonio? If you answered us, you’d be correct. It has been hot and rainy in San Antonio leading up to the concert, but y’all SEVENTEEN really amped up the heat, and it was definitely a ‘HOT’ first day.
As you all may or may not know, this was the first time SEVENTEEN made their way over to San Antonio, so Carats came out in drones. And if this was your first time seeing SEVENTEEN in person, you might be a bit confused about whether everyone was dressed up for Halloween or if that’s just what people wear to SVT concerts. But fear not; we have all the answers for you from SEVENTEEN’s amazing nights in San Antonio.

So, y’all, as we mentioned, it was packed on the very first day, and rightfully so, because who would want to miss the opportunity to see SEVENTEEN on Halloween night? Everyone was decked out in super cute outfits and costumes; we saw more than a couple of Carats, a group was dressed as the boys in ‘Cheers,’ a lot of tigers, and if you saw your friendly neighborhood Spiderman hanging around, it was probably us. Nonetheless, after weaving our way through groups of fellow Carats, we found our seats and were super excited to be able to see SEVENTEEN again, as we were able to catch them on their last tour in Houston. But we and fellow Carats weren’t the only ones who were excited; SVT seemed like they were equally as excited as they were having the time of their lives on stage and kept expressing how happy and excited they were to be in San Antonio. Especially with how many times the members loudly said “yeehaw.”

We knew that coming into this concert, we would have the opportunity to listen to a lot of SEVENTEEN tracks with all our friends (Carats), and we were right; SEVENTEEN performed 22 songs! A lot of which brought tears to our eyes for nostalgic reasons. And you know what? If someone ever has doubts about how good SEVENTEEN live performances are, tell them to get tickets to an SVT show, and they’ll realize very quickly just how good they are. Because we don’t think people talk enough about how good SEVENTEEN are live; their vocals are so stable, and their dancing and personalities really just make every one of them shine, and amazing performers. They really deserve their flowers. Our favorite performances of the night are the unit tracks, ‘Snap Shoot,’ ‘Home,’ ‘Super,’ ‘Oh My!,’ and ‘MAESTRO.’ No one will be doing it like them.

Some of our other favorite moments from the show have to be Carats dancing as SEVENTEEN and the rest of the crowd watches on, especially the camera person who was dressed like a burger dancing to ‘Fighting.’ The members said that the local BBQ felt like home because, come on, who doesn’t love Texas BBQ? Seungkwan saying he met a casual Carat, which was a hilarious story. Last but not least, Vernon and DK sporting the San Antonio Spurs with their customized jerseys because nothing’s better than your favorite artists sporting your hometown team. All in all, we had such a great time, and we highly recommend you check out SEVENTEEN live if you ever have the chance.
With as many members as there are in SEVENTEEN (13), you would think missing two members wouldn’t change much, but without Jeonghan and Jun, visually, it seemed like we were missing more than half the members. But as our fearless leader, S.Coups, said, “Until 13 of us come back together next time, I hope you guys can take care of yourselves and just wait for us here.” So we will be doing just that.
